Enjoy the most coveted spot at the Village at Baytowne Wharf. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo overlooks the promenade at The Village of Baytowne Wharf! Enjoy all the entertainment, parades, movie nights, fireworks and events - or just take in stunning sunsets over the Choctawhatchee Bay from the comfort of your own balcony. Observation Point guests enjoy access to the exclusive Gateway amenities terrace which includes a resort style swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, a grill area, and plenty of poolside lounge chairs.

Our location is superb! Step onto the balcony and take in a view of the bustling village promenade featuring restaurants, shops and entertainment. Stylishly updated with wood plank floor tile, our condo is newly designed with comfort in mind. The trendy living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, an HDTV and coastal accents. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom retreat offers a king bed, an HDTV and plenty of closet space. Just a step away is the newly completed master bathroom with double vessel sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, an HDTV and ample closet space. A full guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower. For our guests' convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer and garage parking. Wifi and tram service to the beach are complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summertime.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Relax and enjoy yourself at our newly furnished condo with convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location at 450 Observation Point North!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the unit itself was very nice, clean and welcoming. Loved the balcony. The only downside is the location being too close to the noisy village. It was very loud after bedtime with noisy people below in the street. It did help to turn on the bathroom fan though.

Great stay

Stay was great. Lots to do and we enjoyed the different feel of environment. Although I wouldn’t recommend if you want easy access to beach. It seemed we went very little just because of the inconvenience of getting there. But didn’t fall short of great food and entertainment! Had a blast and enjoyed Cozy villa, awesome pool and beautiful scenery overall!

Convenient but no help when it was needed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the same unit in 2023 and it was perfect. This year when we arrived the ceiling fan in the master wasn't working and, unless you keep every window and door covering closed, it takes a while to cool down. The fan in the living room has a high mode that is slower than any new fan's low mode. The shower heads were just trickling water but we made it work. We called for assistance with the ceiling fan in the master and was told someone would be there the next morning and Noone showed up or followed up to fix it. Our last night there I finally climed up and realized that the wall air vent was aimed up at the ceiling. With no fan to push the cool air down, all the warm air was keeping it up. I was able to squeeze my fingers inside and turn the individual metal vents down and it helped a lot but before that We had to go buy a fan for us since the one in the closet was being used in the guest room that doesn't have a ceiling fan. I don't understand why someone wouldn't spend 200.00 to have 2 brand new fans installed in the living room and master and 40.00 for 2 amazon shower heads that would make everyone's stay perfect. We come every year and stay in different places but chose this one a 2nd time because it HAD it all. I really hope the owners pay attention to the people who are paying thousands of dollars to stay in their unit because that little bit of money would make this the ideal unit to come back to.

Wonderful location

Our time at Baytown Wharf was great. The condo was very nice. I had a few questions when we arrived and my text were answered asap. We liked be able to walk out of our condo to good restaurants. We would love to go back to the same condo.

The balcony views were into the village and it was nice to sit out there. You could here music and people but it was all background noise. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only complaint was the light coming into the bedroom from the stairwell outside. Only an issue if you like a completely dark sleeping environment. It would benefit from some blackout blinds in my opinion. Overall very pleased with our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at the Wharf every year for a work conference, and this was by far our best stay yet! Very clean, easy arrival and departure. I brought 3 family members with me and there was plenty of room. The couch pulls out into a bed if you want to bring an extra person! The only downside of our trip was that the elevator broke upon arrival and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs (not the host fault) everything is in walking distance and very convenient. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our children and were concerned that we were not on the beach. However, this place was amazing. Our kids are young (4.2) and loved playing in the square which was just a few feet from the front door. We drove to the beach, rather than taking the tram, and found that it was much easier with small kids. The drive only takes 3-5 minutes depending on whether you hit the red light. Absolutely loved this trip!The rooms were clean and they had everything we needed. I thought I would hate not having a golf cart, but we really didn’t need it because everything is in walking distance (besides the beach, but that wasn’t an issue at all). We will be coming back for sure next year - and hopefully to this same condo.

We arrived at the unit with family in tow. Our guest found hair (and lots of it) in the shower. To make it worse, guest looks up and there is a used razor on the shower rack. Additionally, hair also found in other shower and bathtub. I called the manager the following morning as we had arrived late. Mistake. Spoke to agent who had house keeping call me. They came out to “clean” the affected areas after she politely suggested that I had forged the pictures because their “ time stamped photos” show a pristine bathroom. After I recovered from the offense of her suggestion, I very plainly stated that was absolutely not true and I would much rather be enjoying my vacation instead of talking about dirty bathrooms in a CONDO rental. If the bathroom (s) are dirty what else can one reasonably expect to be clean. To compensate, she said maybe someone came in the unit after the previous renters left. Now, why would that be reassuring as a suggestion? How “secure” would one feel knowing they have a code but apparently others do as well and can come and go without notice? Anyway, I was told they would call be back to discuss how to “ make it right” after the partial clean was completed. No luck there. Spoke to second staff. She promised I would definitely hear back in 24-48 hours from her personally. It’s been nearly two weeks. I would never recommend this team rental company. They don’t value customers. They don’t value honesty and they don’t value adhering to what you promise. Cleanliness is foundational for hospitality. It was deeply offensive to find a dirty unit and then have it Dianne’s.

End of summer family vaca

Great location!

Loved the location! We could see fireworks from our balcony. The condo was very comfortable. Only downside was that the cable didn't work. Didn't affect our trip much because we weren't n there to watch TV but would have been nice when we were settling in before bed to be able to watch something with the kids .

Not like it use to be. Too many golf carts sharing the road with vehicles and parking was a bit stressful.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Comfortable bed. Central location. 2 things we weren't happy with: can hear the loud music at night from Rum Runners. And second bathroom not attached to second bedroom, you have to walk thru the kitchen to get to it.

It was clean and we enjoyed the balcony! We were right in the Baytowne Wharf area, which was perfect! And we had no issues catching the tram to the beach! We were confused once we arrived if we were in OP North or South. So, you all should add that to the location description. We would definitely stay again!!
