First-Class Crash Pad! studio apartment, close to UCF.

A private, sleek and modern one bedroom studio-apartment with private bath and well-appointed kitchen. Located close to Orlando's many attractions. Private entrance and parking! Comfortable queen size bed with seating area, plus private patio for relaxing!
This suite is part of my large, split-plan ranch, which has been remodeled to be 100% private and separated from the rest of the house. It has a fully-appointed kitchen, bathroom and outside patio with a charcoal grill a great place to relax and rest.
Entry instructions are simple and shared once the space is booked.
The location offers easy access to:
Airport - 14 miles
Orange county convention - 21 miles
Disney parks - 24 miles
Universal Studios - 18 miles
UCF - 7 miles
Downtown Orlando - 9 miles Shops, restaurants and more close by.

2nd Time Renting - Just as perfect

As title states, this is my second stay here, each one was a 4-5 day stay for work, and still think this is THE best rental I have experienced this far. Quiet, clean, every detail covered and so close to so much that Orlando has to offer

This place is a perfect getaway for 1-2 people, clean, quiet, well decorated, small, but with plenty of storage and large closet. The kitchen is small yet well equipped. Ideal to spend a short vacation. I loved it so much, I stayed there twice. Definitely recommend it.

Quiet neighborhood

Well appointed , decent coffee and nice location Loved the outdoor space , nice and private and tucked away just enough . I Didn’t care for the deodorizer but that was about it .

As title says, this was my 5th time at this rental as I come into town, frequently, for work. Perfect place to stay for single or couple. Close to everything, quiet, clean and affordable. Host communicates clearly and responds quickly. 5-Stars!!

Another Great Stay at This Property

This was our second time staying at this location and it met all our expectations. It is very convenient for traveling from Tampa up I-4 via Hwy 417 and attending downtown Orlando music and arts events via Hwy 408. Safe and easy. We'll be back again!

Best rental I have ever stayed in

I am a hybrid worker, who also travels a ton, in my job capacity. I stay in a Godly amount of various rentals and this way the absolute best rental I have stayed in. Cold AC, quiet neighborhood, very clean unit, hot water, plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances and a bigger fridge than I normally see. Unit is close to everything, with Hwy 408 only two minutes away. Perfect!

Everything was great and clean. Soap and shampoo provided, towels as well, just as the listing said. Only thing that kept me from giving it all 5 stars was that at night, there wasn't any hot water. But I was usually back at the place very late at night, other than that, everything was great.

410 Dean Creek Lane - Studio Rental

This was the first winter that my wife and I spent in Florida as Snowbirds from New York. The Studio was a beautiful place for us to spend two months. It was very clean, well appointed, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Communication with the manager/owner was quick and easy. We really didn't have any major issues that needed to be addressed. As such, we already booked for next year!

Very small bathroom with sink on the outside of the toilet/shower room. The vanity sink did not have hot water. Too few towels for two adults. I requested them on Saturday am(we arrived late Friday pm)and they never arrived. We checked out 10:30am Monday morning. Only coffee grinds and sugar were provided. There is a Circle K and a CVS within 1/8 of a mile but nothing else within 3 miles.

Comfortable, safe, conveniently located, priced right.

Comfortable and well equipped efficiency apartment. Exceptional communication with easy checkin/out. Nice outdoor patio a bonus, with ample driveway parking right by your private entrance. Quiet street only minutes from commercial conveniences. Met all my needs, would gladly stay again next time I’m in the area.

Perfect!

I had a family emergency and was able to book this last minute. There are a couple of gas store markets a block away, otherwise I didn't see any shops close by. However there's parking for your car and plenty a short distance via Uber. The unit was confortable, clean, well decorated, and stocked with all the things I needed (dishes, coffemaker, toaster, fridge, etc). Wifi was good and Netflix on the tv. Host was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Super Crash Pad

Great experience all around. Love the location as we were in town for a concert at The Plaza Live. So easy to get there from the nearby toll roads. Lovely little sitting area outside where we decompressed from Orlando traffic coming in. Nice trees and a breeze, along with this cute place made the trip a joy.
