SUMMARY
Newly remodeled, waterfront, mother-in-law suite, ample free parking.

See dolphins, Osprey, and more frolicking in our amazing backyard overlooking the Matanzas river, & did I mention the breathtaking sunsets.

6 minute drive to Crescent Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Close to downtown historic St Augustine (15min).

Private entrance, full on suite bath, fishing dock, kitchenette with coffeemaker, shared pool, & Internet included.

THE SPACE

This studio apartment is suitable for 2 adults that like a good queen mattress and 1 person okay sleeping on a regular genuine leather couch ls.

Furniture was just purchased brand new and is very good quality.

Central AC, off street Parking for 2 vehicles, separate entrance.

One dog is allowed at no additional cost, each subsequent dog is $25 each per stay

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enter 24/7 with lockbox.

Guests have their own parking spaces (2), living area, bathroom, kitchenette & can access the shared pool and dock.

I'm Paul the owner. I live in the main part of the house, I'm super outgoing, friendly and talk alot.

I often use the pool area & common areas to host friends & family, but many nights are extremely quiet.

If you are after a very quiet experience please send a message prior so we can compare notes and make sure you have a great experience.

Awesome property and host. There’s a dock to enjoy the river and a pool. Property is close to Butler Beach and only a 10-15 minute drive to St Augustine lighthouse, ENJOY!!

The home is exactly as advertised. Perfect size for two…made breakfast in kitchen every morning. We ate out for lunch with leftovers or cheese/crackers for dinner. Lovely swimming pool and the dock on the river is perfect! Even with it cloudy still got great sunsets. Hubby fished off the dock. Paul is an excellent host and is very knowledgeable about the area. Dog friendly was a plus!!

We love staying at this property. The pool is spotless. The yard is lovely, his grass is thick and beautiful. Our Boykin felt right at home. This property is definitely pet friendly. The cottage is spotless, the bed extremely comfortable. The host reaches out appropriately and responds immediately to questions. We love coming to St Augustine and look to stay at this property whenever we can. Centrally located to our favorite spots, we'll be staying here again

We loved our stay at this waterfront guest cottage! It was lovely and very comfortable and had everything we needed for a three day stay with our dog! Paul and his wife Yulia were great hosts, providing restaurant recommendations and were there if we needed them, but the cottage was very private and we didn't feel like we were staying in someone's house. It was very peaceful and quiet.

This place is fabulous! Better than we even expected! So clean and neat. Well stocked kitchen and house. Comfortable furnishings. Wonderful to relax outside-peace, quiet, beauty. The property was amazing! The sunset views from the dock are some of the best I’ve ever seen. We also saw 9 dolphins. I can’t say enough about Paul. He is an amazing host. Check in was easy and communication was quick.We picked up chocolate and almond croissants at Paladar Cuban Eatery just down the street. Hands down some of the freshest croissants ever! It was great to sit outside by the pool and enjoy the boat traffic before low tide while having coffee. I can’t recommend this property enough. It is exactly as described and then some. Very clean. The host has the kitchen stocked with essentials you may need. If you are looking to relax, have some wine, read a book, go for a swim, watch a sunset, this is the place for you.

This private house is situated in a super-safe neighborhood with beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Very clean with everything you need for a short trip to St. Augustine. Had our morning coffee at the end of the deck overlooking the river. Really nice place - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have to say it was amazing! My wife and I finished a stressful few weeks and wanted a chill place. This was it, right on the river, the view was amazing! We had an awesome day with breakfast in old St. Augustine then back to the pool for a relaxing afternoon. Dinner then back for a quiet night! Also we brouggt our dog, he was welcome too!I can not give enough stars for this quiet relaxing cottage! We will definitely be back!Thank you!

Pet friendly gem with an exceptional host in a great location

This place is a gem! It’s clean, cozy, pet friendly and in a great location. Paul is an exceptional host who goes and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and cared for. His suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. Our family of 3 and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. Flash, the resident hound is a sweetheart. The views are lovely and the sunsets are epic. The guest suite is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. A 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a short drive to St.Augustine. I highly recommend Paul’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Christmas vacation

The property owner is excellent!!! Fire pit by the pool. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views and the greatest doggie host named Flash. My dog Bella enjoyed this vacation also. Nice neighborhood for walks and the neighbors are just as nice. Very peaceful and restful place. Wish we had the chance to experience some fishing off of the dock but 5 days just wasn't enough time to fit in everything this wonderful city has to offer.

Great weekend

Paul the owner was gracious and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Great views of the Mantanza river and sunsets. Pool right out your back door. Just a few blocks from the beach.
