Our 2nd stay at the resort. Great facilities, unit is lovely, with good location, kitchen well equipped, communication was excellent.

Perfect place for family fun and relaxation.

Had a great time staying at this rental. Nice and clean and plenty of room for our family. Thank-you for providing so many extras for us and the nice welcome snacks and water bottles upon arriving. 😊

Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was right by the pool/ Tradewinds, which made it very convient. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. One thing that was a need were fans, but we typically bring, but forgot. We plan to stay here again next year.

Clean, great location

Owner was quick with responding. Place was very clean, 1 building from the bar and pool. No elevators so for a change we had the 1st floor at bahama Bay and it was definitely easier! Would stay again next year. We had all we needed to cook, do laundry.. There was even make up wipes in the bathroom for the girls

Nice place but needs soE

There was a few things that needs to be fixed. The tub in master bedroom stained badly.😳 Also the shower in the 2nd bathroom. There was a closet door off washer and dryer needs some deep cleaning. I pointed out the things I saw to the ladies that came by. Kitchen sink garbage disposal Nasty I’m not even sure if it works

Great spot for family

We stayed 10 nights at this property and it suited our family very well. We loved all the resort amenities and the check in and out was super easy. The condo had all we needed for a great stay. There were a few issues that included an odor in one of the kid's bedrooms that was addressed promptly when we brought it to the owners attention. Overall, it was a great stay!

Needs better communication

I never did receive the email from orange lake properties. I had to contact owner for code to door. The app info said there was a Keurig coffee maker but was a cheap regular brew. There was only a few washrags. 1 for each of us, so we had to do laundry each night. The unit was really hot and uncomfortable when we first arrived. But with all this, the owner answered every question and accommodated us. He did bring us a new coffee maker, too. We enjoyed our stay even tho we were not off to a good start. We would stay here again because of the owner. Thank you

Spring Break "safe distance" from the crazy college partying lol

Perfect condo unit for my wife and me and two children ages 9 and 13. It would have been nice to be closer to a beach, but being Spring Break for many schools nationwide, prices increase dramatically proportional to distance from the ocean / gulf. Another benefit of this particular unit is the short 1-minute-walk to the Bahama Bay complex' best pool/ hot tub & play area. Beds were great! seemingly new mattresses--at least in the master suite--which is a big deal as I have a bad back. **Vertical blinds in living room and in master bedroom need to be upgraded to something else. Neither set of vertical blinds could be adjusted for complete privacy. Thanks.

Very Nice Florida Home

This was a nice location and a very nice and roomy condo. First floor is a plus. Nice pools and lake. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative is that there is no way to control the thermostat in the condo. The thermostat is not accessible. Overall it was too hot in the unit.

Good housing option

Clean unit. Great that’s it’s on first floor bec had 90 yr old family member who can’t do stairs. Place is dated, but entire complex is. Did have “hard wood” flooring in main areas which was nice. Washing machine great. Definitely not a lot of natural light, but could be that it’s on first floor. King bed okay- time to rotate it or new mattress. Twin beds were very comfortable. Queen bed little hard but fine. Had 2 crock pots in kitchen which were nice,. Could use a couple more pots/pans, silverware. Kind of forgot you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, Saran Wrap, etc Would have been nice if there was at least salt/ pepper. Overall- decent place and would probably stay again
