Bright, clean, updated cottage with central air and washer/dryer. Easy walk to beautiful Hampton Beach, North Beach, restaurants, and the casino. Located in a quiet neighborhood on Great Boars Head!

Walk to the beach or enjoy the beautiful, sunny porch—perfect for mealtime or evenings.

The home has an open concept with vaulted ceilings for a roomy, airy feel. The kitchen is updated with newly updated quartz counters, newly updated floors, newly updated appliances and white cabinets. It comes fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans for cooking. There is also a gas grill outside.

The bright , spacious, living room includes cable tv, internet, heating and air conditioning. Relax on the comfortable couch or oversized chairs.

Two bedrooms are in the cottage: one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. Linens are included. You can hear the sounds of the waves while sleeping at night! There is also a loft with ocean views.

The updated bath has a standup shower and a new cabinet with a quartz countertop. Towels are included.

New paint and wood floors throughout. Super clean and well-loved!
Peek-a-boo views of the ocean too!

Off-street Parking for two cars.

The Best Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was very clean and Tammy checked in on us, and made us feel like home. I am looking forward to coming back!

Great Hampton Beach Cottage

Very nice cottage located a couple blocks from a fabulous beach that seems to be unknown to tourists. Great hosts. Very clean and quiet.

Beach getaway

Great cottage for a friends getaway! Good location and away from the noise of the main drag. We appreciated all the beach accessories available at the house.

A great location and a very efficient and spotless house that worked great for 4 adults. The owners are very attentive of our needs and extremely helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved this place

Loved this place. Very clean and tidy cottage and a very close walk to restaurants and stores. Also the owners are nearby and available. I definitely recommend staying here. It was a quiet neighborhood too.

Beautiful cottage

Very clean, quaint cottage. Quiet neighborhood and just steps from a very clean, quiet beach. Owners live next door and were very nice. It was our first time visiting New Hampshire, but we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Rental

This little place is fantastic! Quiet neighborhood, and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean inside. The only complaint we would have is the beds are a bit firm and the pillows are flat. But we loved it!!! Hope to visit again!

Wonderful Visit

The cottage was immaculate and supplied with everything we needed (more than we needed). The owners were more than attentive; they were so nice and helpful. We would like to go back and rent with them again.
