This home is beautiful! Very well equipped, best we've been to in 20 years of vrbo. Excellent communicatiobs, beautifully decorated, lovely spaces, deck, neighborhood, view. Cant say enough.Owners so responsive with any question or issue that came up.

Great Stay on Great Neck

We were very impressed with the cottage and the close attention to detail the owners had in all aspects of being great hosts. Their place was extremely clean and had everything you could possible want or need for a wonderful stay at the beach. The views were beautiful and the location wonderful within a peaceful neighborhood. We would gladly return!

A Great Get Away

The home was adorable and so relaxing. A lot to do for all ages. Beautiful water views.The beach and playground are within walking distance, extremely close to the home. We found the place very efficient and fulfilled all our needs. Loved it.

Even Better In Person

This cottage was beautiful and the owners thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen, to extra towels or blankets, it was all there. The natural beauty of the area was breathtaking and it was an easy drive to Boston & Salem, which is why we were there. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation rental experience

This home was very pleasant and enjoyable to be in. The views are spectacular! Home is very well appointed where everything I needed was available to me and in good shape. Beds and furniture are comfortable and attractive. The artwork is beautiful and relevant to the area. Easy walk to the beach and children’s playground which can be seen from the house. It was fun to look out and see adults on the swings. Host was very quick to respond to an inquiry. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Magnificent Home

We opened the door and my husband and I said what a magnificent home so close to beach. Everything was spotlessly clean with lovely linens.Beautifully decorated throughout including enclosed porch with sliders to deck, inside and out spectacular ocean views. Fully stocked modern kitchen with everything you need, Very comfortable beds,It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we stayed 39 days. Great restaurants in Ipswich, Essex & Gloucester. Trish & Kevin were the best hosts, very communicative and helpful. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Bree and Kevin

week on the northshore

The house was absolutely perfect and everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed from coffee filters to beach umbrella. Everyday I woke up and had coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. As i relaxed I was joined by a parade of bunnies, deer, and the most lovely and musical birds. I can still close my eyes and smell the salt air and fresh grass. We also had many lovely treks to the local beach and our days ended with a BBQ on the deck. I was thrilled this family shared their home with us. We had a vacation to remember and sustain us through a New England winter.

a Charming jewel

This charming cottage is a great choice. It's near enough to towns and attractions, but not in a quiet neighborhood outside of town with a great view and very close to a playground and a beach. The hosts have thoughtfully designed the space with lots of windows and lovely decor colors and touches- homey, beachy and upscale all at once. The sun porch between the living area and the deck extends your enjoyment and conversation space. The foyer with all the hooks and computer space is a great addition.The kitchen has all you'll need including plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses that can be scarce in some properties. We hope to return many times. PS The wine and chocolate was VERY much appreciated.

More Than Perfect!!

From the beginning, Trish answered every question I asked about everything we could possibly need to know about our stay! When we walked into the cottage we were thrilled: it was even better than all the photos we saw ahead of time! It was decorated so beautifully and with colors that were so warm and cozy...also my favorite shades of aqua in the kitchen. As artists ourselves, we noticed all the artwork exhibited on the walls and the decor of the whole cottage was so inviting and relaxing. We loved the view of the water as we ate our meals; and loved being on the deck watching the deer and bunnies below us! Every room was as amazing to us and fixed up in ways that were geared toward comfort!! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was spotless. The whole place was so beautiful that we couldn't think of anything that wasn't available to their guests. It was the homiest cottage and Trish and Kevin did EVERYTHING to make us comfortable and feel at home! Thanks so much...we LOVED our vacation because of our great hosts. Patti, Al and Michelle
