Located on the 5th floor of the highly sought after Observation Point North building, you can sit on your private balcony and watch the many events at Baytowne Wharf without even having to leave the condo. You can also see the marina and bay in the distance and take in the beautiful sunsets. The Wharf has different seasonal activities, concerts and performances for all ages. Baytowne Wharf is located inside the massive and beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.

Our 1 King bedroom, plus additional twin bed bonus room, 1 and 1/2 bath vacation condo is spacious and relaxing. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. In addition, the balcony has plenty of seating for soaking up the view. You will have everything you need for a great vacation right at your doorstep.

Headed to the beach? No worries trying to find parking for a golf cart or other vehicle...our condo participates in the Sandestin tram service. You can use your tram card to ride the climate-controlled tram anywhere on the grounds for free. Even the beach! They will drop you off at your destination and bring you back. Tram service runs approximately every 15 minutes in peak season.
