INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Family Vacay 2022

By far the best place that we’ve stayed in all of our years in coming to PCB. Location is everything and this was perfect for us. Walking distance to Pier Park and watched the fireworks from our room. Our unit was very clean and updated. Will definitely book again!!

Perfect Location

The condo was located in the perfect area. We were in walking distance to Pier Park. The only issue with the condo was the fuse kept blowing and we had to keep reseting it. Overall the condo was nice! There was enough space for my family. I would stay again.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony had chairs for all of us and was nicely arranged. We spent a lot of time out there. It’s nice to see the ocean when you wake up in the morning. The building it’s self is well maintained. The pool area is nice. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to almost every where we wanted to go. We had an over all good experience.

Great unit for family with small kids

We have nothing negative to say about the place. The only information I will provide is we don’t think the 3rd bedroom is suitable for adults but perfect for kids. It was very small and the closet almost impossible to use. The balcony views were awesome, pool great, close to good food and shopping. We will stay again but not with all adults.

Pool Rules

The property was fantastic, including the location. However, I gave this a lower overall rating because the pool rules were beyond ridiculous. I’ve never been to a place where kids are allowed but yet the pool rules are so strict that they couldn’t enjoy it. They weren’t even allowed to throw a small mesh/nerf ball that couldn’t possibly hurt anyone. This property really needs to evaluate these rules or people with will not be returning.

Great location

We stayed at the property last year when we came to the Jazz festival. We enjoyed the property so much we stayed sgain for the 3024 Jazz festival. The unit was amazing! We enjoyed it just as much as last year. Although this time customer service lacked a bit. I had to call for check in instructions. Also, I expected wristbands and check out instructions to be in the unit but i had to go to the office on the property to get them. Lastly the TV in the master bedroom was not getting power. Initially they said that zhey wouls have to purchase a new tv and asked if i wanted a loaner in the meantime. First if they'd checked they would have jnow that the tv wasnt working. Secondly i should not have had to tell zhem thati needed a loaner. The unit was expensive but nicely kept. It was a joy to stay there.

We appreciate your understanding in collecting the wristbands and check-out instructions from our office. Regarding the TV in the master bedroom, we apologize for the confusion. After your report, we were ready to purchase a new TV and had a loaner on the way. However, we discovered that the TV had been unplugged to charge your device, and when it was plugged back in, you accidentally connected it to an outlet controlled by the light switch. Once we turned on the light switch, the TV started working again. We're glad the issue was resolved, and we appreciate your patience. We're grateful for your kind words about the well-maintained unit. Your feedback helps us improve, and we'll ensure better communication in the future. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again for another joyous stay. Safe travels!

Amazing Family vacation

The was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in Panama City Beach! Accommodation was great loved the huge pool and nice ocean view. Great location to Pier and Pier Park. The condo owners left us a gift basket which added to the great condo and vacation! Will definitely stay again ask for 3*806 best condo ever!
