INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great getaway!

We had a late vacation this year and I waited longer to book where we would stay, I’m so glad I did! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

Had a fabulous stay—girls trip for the Gulf Coast Jam. —beautiful condo, just as describe. Everything you need for a great stay—beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds!! Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again…

Great location with great views

The condo is lovely and the views are amazing. We spent the end of every evening on the balcony enjoying the breeze and the view. Easy beach access with beautiful water. Close to shops, food, activities…everything. We will definitely PCB back.

Beautiful condo and views of beach!

Beautiful property/condo. Plenty of space for our family if 7. Views, esp on July 4th, were spectacular. Getting to the beach wasn’t ideal, but definitely manageable. Once at the beach, gorgeous sand and crystal clear waters. Pool was a great change from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful beach condo

Condo is great, as listed. Super convenient walk to the beach, from the condo to my chair in the sand, 5 min walk. The king beds are very comfortable. Only thing needed for condo and esp kitchen, many more NONSTICK larger pans. We only found the 1 small nonstick, would definitely benefit from more of larger sizes. Would definitely stay here again.

Yearly Seabreeze Friends Trip

The property was beyond my expectations. The online pictures doesn’t do justice! The beach views were awesome! The elevator traffic was minimal compared to the T1and T2. The co do was spacious and clean.The balcony was huge and we could see the venue and hear the jazz music from there. I will definitely stay here again next year if this unit is available.

Beware the street noise

Overall, the condo is really nice - well appointed, clean, very comfy. Plenty of room and pointed west for amazing sunsets and a great breeze at 21 floors. But then the constant road noise below the balcony just reverberated up the walls all day and night. Every tricked out exhaust system and straight pipe motorcycle just echoed in the master and living room. There's a reason the owner doesn't take ANY pics looking down from the balcony - because it's literally a few feet from hanging over the road. The checkin process is awkward as well. Everyone parks in the garage and transfers only happen between buildings on level 3. So if you park on level 5, it's a crowded elevator ride to level 3, then cross over to your building and take another crowded elevator ride to your floor. Getting carts is a trick too. No one returns them. Check in for tower 3 is in the bottom floor, last room on the end. Just fyi for your checkin.
