If you are looking for a one-bedroom luxury suite with an ocean view adjacent to Pier Park, this is it! Take one of four elevators up to the 17th floor & you are at the condo door. Easy access with luggage or groceries.
Perfect for a Honeymoon, anniversary, or a small family of 2-4. This unique floor plan includes a beautiful spacious bedroom( Ocean Side) with a private bathroom, two sinks, a walk-in closet & a view of the Famous Emerald Coast & Beach. The living room/dining area & fully equipped kitchen, all enjoy the same magnificent view! A pull-out, queen sofa-bed provides sleeping for two additional guests. Another big plus is a second full bathroom!
There is a Cafe, conveniently located on the south corner of the condo building, offering, breakfast, Charley's donuts, great sandwiches, & ice cream!
Amenities include an executive workout room, beautiful indoor/outdoor, wade-in pool, rentable cabanas, jacuzzi, fire pit area &, two tiki bars. (Both pool & jacuzzi are handicapped accessible.) Tower III is just a short walk to PIER PARK & the beach! CLICK ON THE VIDEO & PHOTOS TO SEE IT ALL!!

Great location

We loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated and the sunset view is amazing. The owner was wonderful to work with and we can't wait to go back. Located near some great restaurants and shopping makes this a great spot to spend a weekbat PBC.

Best condo in Panama City Beach

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything you need is inside this condo, even down to the spices. The view is amazing. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Panama City.

Beautiful Condo with a good city and ocean view

Our stay was what we expected. This 1 bedroom condo was very clean and organized. Bed was super comfortable. The best part about this unit in Tower 3 our condo was in a location by itself closed in so we was interrupted by passing by traffic. No neighbors lol. The owner Toni was very helpful with quick response via text messaging if you had any questions or concerns about your stay. I highly recommend.

I traveled the world in a wonderful 30 year career with Delta Airlines which took me to Atlanta, GA where I raised 3 fabulous children. We always spent our beach & boating vacations in south Florida near the area I grew up.
On an invite from a friend in 2002 we went to Panama City Beach, Florida. To my surprise, I found P.C.B. to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the US & a short distance away from Atlanta. I decided to invest in a beach font condominium in 2003 & that was the start of another full-time career. I now live in Kennesaw, GA a suburb north of Atlanta & I still love to travel the world!
Hospitality & great service is my strong suit, thanks to Delta.
I'm always a phone call away & always available to my guests! And I'm happy to help make my guest's vacation experience the best!

Gorgeous sunsets right from your condo balcony & kitchen! Very close to the international airport for fly in 3 night weekends or longer. Tower III has a very luxurious pool, jacuzzi hot tub, out-door fire pit & an executive work-out gem & much more.
