🍽️ Chef’s Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all cookware, plates, and silverware. A kitchen island provides seating for four, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Primary Bedroom – King bed with ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom – Queen over King bunk bed, convenient for additional guests and families. Hallway Bathroom – Shower/tub combination for guest use. This setup comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.
🛁 Bathrooms & Essentials Two full bathrooms with towels and a starter set of toiletries including toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, and shampoo/conditioner. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.

🚗 Guest Access & Parking Guests have access to the entire condo, community pool, and private pier. Onsite parking accommodates 1 vehicle, with paid street parking nearby for additional cars. The condo is on the first floor, requiring climbing seven steps for access. Guests receive a unique access code 14 days prior to arrival for seamless check-in.
Additional Details:
No washer/dryer inside the unit; community facilities are available in the sister complex across the street and accept coins or an app payment. No smoking or pets allowed. The condo is in an elevated building with no elevator. Located on the first floor, it requires climbing seven steps to access. Beach towels and chairs are not provided.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. ✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID. ✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking. 2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property. 3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal. 4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

The host explanation directions and check in/ check out were spot on. The condo did not disappoint, really nice kitchen amenities all the comforts of your own kitchen. Clean and crisp kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, really noticed those updates.

Great communication with host. Had 2 issues that were quickly resolved. Mattresses are really firm and 2nd bedroom is much warmer. Top bunk was too warm so my son slept in living room on pull out couch. Very clean and you can’t beat the location!

This is a wonderful condo located literally across from the beach. It is newly decorated - very nice! We had a few issues upon checking in, but the property managers were immediate with their response and we were able to have the issues addressed. Their maintenance man, Pat, was very helpful and so nice to help out with our questions. The condo is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops - which makes the stay that much nicer. We would definitely go back and would recommend you check out this property!

The heat wasn’t working properly and didn’t hear back from host all night. It was so cold, especially for my new born and nothing I can do about it. I had to buy a space heater as soon as stores opened but they didn’t reimburse me for any of it. I couldn’t get Apple TV to work on the TV and it’s was also very frustrating. Location is nice.

After reviewing the communication during your stay, we see that your message about the heat came in after 10:00 PM. While that is outside of our standard maintenance hours, our team followed up first thing in the morning and had a technician at the property by 9:00 AM to address the issue as quickly as possible. We also understand from your messages that you were able to make an adjustment to the thermostat yourself, but we still sent maintenance to ensure everything was fully resolved.
We’re very sorry for the discomfort this caused, especially with your newborn—we absolutely understand how important a comfortable environment is. We also reached out to offer reimbursement for the space heater but did not hear back; that offer still stands if you’d like to send over your receipt.
