Beautiful and spacious retreat house with 2,700 sq. ft. of livable space. Large bedrooms will accommodate a total of 10 guests in total. Few miles from Downtown Deland this property makes it easier to enjoy what the town has to offer.

Named the Best Main Street of 2017 Beautiful Downtown Deland is filled with unique shops and antique stores. Eat at local restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating. Home to Stetson University, Deland, Florida is located in western Volusia County and is about 40 miles from Orlando and its theme parks and about 25 miles from Daytona Beach. Our home is in the north side of town – five minutes to Downtown Deland and 4 miles to an I4 ramp.

Communication with host was excellent. They were very patient with all the questions on such short notice of a trip. The house was clean and big enough for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and short walk to the Dollar General. Would book again.

This was the perfect home for our family getaway. The covered outdoor patio was wonderful. The 2nd (pool) bathroom is far away from the bedrooms, so this can be difficult but overall it was a great place to stay.

The house was perfect for a large group of friends in town for college homecoming weekend! Lots of space to spread out, sleep, and hang out, especially outside on the patio. Dagan was very responsive when we had issues with the ceiling fans/lights and very gracious when I had to report that we'd accidentally misplaced one of the keys. Great location, very safe neighborhood, tons of parking spots available.

Beautiful Opportunity

The house was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The house was beautiful, with an open floor concept in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 3 driveways provided plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailers. Checkin was seemless without issue. Everything was clean and ready to go for us upon arrival. There were a couple cliches, but prop mgr addressed and it was nothing that really effected our stay. Plenty of towels and linens, with extra pillows and fans. The pool area was awesome, but due to this time of year, a little chilly for us. Communication with the prop mgr was great and they addressed our questions very promptly. This was a great stay and we would definately rent again without hesitation. upon arrival

Little funky but good deal

Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the property and it worked for what we needed. Home is spacious but the layout is extremely odd (unnecessarily large bedrooms and inconvenient location of second bathroom). Some updates are needed in places like the backyard and bathrooms. Also would have appreciated being provided more than one roll of toilet paper, more pool towels, as well as more cleaning/kitchen supplies when you are hosting 8 people. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and we just couldn’t beat the price.

Family vacation

We stayed here for our annual family Florida trip. The place was great for our needs. The pool got good use even in the rain. Unfortunately we came during the tropical storm. The owners were great and allowed us to check in early to avoid the incoming weather. Communication was easier by cell phone than through the app but the responded promptly. The only issue we had was a broken TV in one room but we ended up not even needing it. The owner was willing to get us one but we handled the stay just fine without it. We will be back again.

Clean, spacious, safe location, great pool!

This is the second time I rent this house and this time we were there for 10 days with my parents and 2 kids. The kids were in the pool everyday, they loved it. I loved that the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. I cooked several meals in the kitchen and felt like I was home. I have in DeLand so this house is perfectly close to family while giving me the space I want to relax. I will be back soon!

Beautiful Home

My family and I were in town for a conference and stayed five days. The house has plenty of space and a wonderful pool which my kids throughly enjoyed. The house was conveniently located near many stores and attractions. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house in DeLand, FL

This housecwas great. We used it as a basecof operations to explore several Florida locations. The pool was great for cooling off after long hours in the Florida sun. The house was clean and everything was easy to access. My nieces had a blast.

Lots of space

This was a quiet spot for the group of us. Within a mile or so from downtown and the main strip. Lots of space. 2 of the 3 Bedrooms are huge and make a great retreat from the sun if you use the pool or head to the local beaches. Overall enjoyed the stay and had no issues!

Lots of space!

There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.

Bedroom space is awesome. Bathrooms adequate. Pool ok, a bit small for 10. Good gathering space. Downside - NO Washcloths! Be sure to bring your own.... Overall ,Very comfortable for 10 ladies ages 55 to 93.

Perfect spot

The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out.

We were very impressed with the house. The 2 back bedrooms are HUGE! The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was very easy to communicate with our host who always answered promptly. If we come back to Deland, we would definitely stay here again.
