Wonderful place to stay!

This is such a great place to stay - all the amenities you need and more. Location is perfect and the host is so easy to communicate with and so quick to respond. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This home was perfect for us. The busy street was not a deterrent tho it did deter from time on the front porch. We enjoyed our visit at “The Monarch House” and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Deland.

Hello, we love our 2 night stay. The house was spotless. Countless games, books videos. We all wished we could have stayed longer. While we didn't use the bikes, they were in excellent condition and a great amenity. The house was close enough to walk to downtown and some in our party did so on occasion. The bathroom in the main bedroom has a door to the hallway, so I can be used by others without accessing the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the main shopping/dining area. Kelly was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for such an amazing place to stay while on our trip.

NYE Getaway!

Such a clean, fun house that had everything we could want. Conveniently located to DT, we safely walked to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful!

Deland for wedding

We had a wonderful time staying at the The Monarch House. Everything was exactly how it was described. Bikes were available to use and close to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Perfect family stay

The abundance of games made for a wonderful family trip. Our boys loved the arcade machines, air hockey and ping pong. I appreciated the adjustable bed that allowed me to elevate my feet after all that walking in the parks.

Perfect house for our family

Great stay at this house. Everything was very clean and the owners have thought of all the little things. Kids had a blast with the basketball hoops, foosball and table tennis. Will definitely book again of we ever go back to Deland.

Great house with lots of thoughtful touches We loved the bikes! Walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. Close to Daytona Beach too! Wonderful responsive host.

Wonderful, comfortable home!

We loved our stay at the Monarch House! Location was perfect, close to Stetson and shopping/dining. The house is beautiful and comfortable with everything you could need and plenty of living space. Very relaxing and we enjoyed the ping pong, games and basketball hoop. We would highly recommend!

Fun with the family

Beautiful Home

This home is as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It was a great place to stay and the location was close to the places we were interested in visiting. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I can’t give enough praise for the home or the owners. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make a trip back to the area.

Best house and location

Everything about this property was awesome. Very clean and comfy. The pictures can't convey how cool this house really is! Perfect location for us between the Orlando Airport, Volusia and Daytona. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. We will definitely try to stay again on future trips.

Second time around

We loved our stay for the second time! This house feels like home sweet home for my family. The location is close to everything you need. The owners are very helpful and willing when needed. If you are considering staying here, do it!!

Beautiful home!!!

Everything about it was great! Communication, the house, great location, and so much more. We did not have time to explore the city much due to having to be in Daytona throughout the days we were there. I can’t say enough of how beautiful the house was and especially the decor. Chefs kiss perfection.

Night Before Wedding

The home was absolutely phenomenal and was perfect for my bridal party and myself! Everything we needed was there. My family and friends plan on doing this again but only to stay longer then 1 day. There was not one negative thing I could say about my stay.
