Welcome to our charming private home just minutes away from the heart of downtown Deland!Our spacious and comfortable home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore the best that this historic city has to offer.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more!

Our house features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own unique style. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom.

One of the best features of our house is its large backyard. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or hosting a barbecue with friends and family. There's even a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making memories.

Our house is located only a few minutes from some of Deland's best attractions, including Stetson University, Blue Spring State Park, and the city's historic downtown area. You'll find plenty of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just a few minutes' drive away. We’re also just 25 minutes from Daytona Beach and 50 minutes from Orlando!

This place was perfect for our small group. Master bedroom was great, backyard was spacious, and overall accommodation were perfect. Group loved it so much, we'll be looking to book it again next year!

The property is close to everything. We saw a concert at the Athens Theater, purchased food at Publics, ate at a great Italian restaurant and all was only minutes away. Our next concert is in January and we will be back. Thank you Dennis.

Great House!

Dennis house was great for my family’s stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and I even bought the same pans for my own house. The property is located is a quiet neighborhood but very close to historic downtown. The house is very clean and well kept.

It was a perfect location for us to attend Stetson and DeLand events. It was very quiet and very accessible. Everything was in perfect order and we loved the code entrance system. It was one less thing to worry about.

A Lovely Stay

This rental was perfect for our ladies' getaway. Very roomy, clean, had all we needed to enjoy our 2 night stay. Communicating with Dennis was easy. He is very responsive. You need a car to get to downtown, but that was no problem for us. And we were able to park in the garage of the rental! An added plus, in my opinion.

Very satisfactory property for our needs

House was as advertised. Several families gathered with us in DeLand for a funeral. Living room was sufficiently large for our needs, and extra chairs from the dining room and kitchen were available. Bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent were nicely provided. Garage access for vehicle security was nice. Some items in need of repair, or repaired with tape, were minor detractors, as was the abandoned building across the street.

All the comforts of home-wonderful stay

House was exactly as pictured. TV's in all the bedrooms was a plus so everyone could relax on their own at nighttime. Even though we didn't have an opportunity to prepare any food, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need as far as pots, pans, dishes and even basic staple items like cooking spray, spices and seasonings. Coffee pot and variety of coffees available was a great touch. Bathroom towels were very plush and soft. Basic toiletries shampoo, conditioner, body wash also provided. Beds and sheets very comfortable. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Great location to everything

My family of 4 came to Deland for a funeral. The house was great. Very very close to downtown. Clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is outstanding and offers a great massaging shower experience. We live in the country at home and not really used to car noises at night and its a medium/busy street. The dog next door was not happy with us visiting and barked all night for the whole 3days we were there. So if you dont like dogs, this is not the place for you. Otherwise its great, and again sooooo close to downtown makes it great great great.
