Enjoy the best parts of TC in this Modern Condo!

Summary:
Feel the breeze of the bay just blocks away! This location is within walking distance from downtown shopping, dining, farmers markets, festivals and all the other great activities Traverse City has to offer! Make dining reservations, catch a sunset on the bay and end the evening in front of the big screen at the State Street Theatre. The possibilities are endless in this convenient location in the heart of Traverse City!

The Space:
Second floor condo with one bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom (stand up shower), fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and smart TV. (no elevator available)
The condo includes: coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, linens, washer, dryer, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, make-up wipes and more!!

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the second floor of the building (no elevator available). We look forward to hosting you :)

The Neighborhood:
This is among other condos in the area that mostly have guests on vacation. Our condo is located in walking distance of everything downtown TC has to offer. It is brand new and provide that "city" feel!

Getting Around:
This condo is in walking distance to Front Street and many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Just a few blocks from the bay. You may use Uber, Lyft to explore more of Traverse City or Northern Michigan during your stay!

Other Things to Note:
-There is NO FREE PARKING for this condo.
-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

Location and cleanliness were top notch. Only downside was outside noise at night from the snow plows and bulldozers but thats what you get for going to Traverse City in Winter.

Very cute and clean. Perfect location for downtown shopping and dining. We parked in the Hardy Garage overnight for 20. Only a 5 minute walk. Hope to visit again!

Fantastic stay!

This is a great place to stay for a couples get away. Parking was easily accessible right behind the building. Location is within walking distance to all the shops. Place was perfectly cleaned and very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay again!

Nice apartment close to downtown. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and ready for our arrival. Comfortable bed and furniture. I recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to stay while in Traverse City and want to be close to the downtown shopping/dining area.

Quick TC visit

Our group of 4 wine tasters enjoyed our stay at this condo. Had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for getting around (both on foot and by car). Just know - there is no onsite parking, so prepare for that!

Great place in TC

This apartment was great! Very clean and location was perfect. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. There isn’t parking at the complex though and it costs $20 a day at the parking garage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Nice location

Enjoyed this clean condo! Comfortable doesnt have alot of kitchen utensils etc but covered the basics. Minor point two light bulbs were missing so couldnt use those lights. Definitely noisy during early morn( birds and construction) so if like to sleep late would be issue

Weekend of volunteering

Good stay people was great only issue was parking compounded by needing parking for a motorcycle. The city of Traverse City does not allow motorcycle parking in the ramps. This presented an issue as overnight parking is limited to just the ramps.

Beautiful property

The stay was wonderful with a few drawbacks. The bed was uneven slanted from foot to head. I flipped the mattress around and that helped, but it seemed to lack support for me lady and I. Also, the main room curtain to the balcony was too short and didn't completely cover the width of the window. Everything else was wonderful.

Great Place but Noisy

We loved the place, nicely decorated, great location, well appointed. One of the comments listed was that there was construction next door and that it was noisy. We were coming in on a Saturday afternoon and leaving on that next Monday and were hoping we would avoid the construction. We were not so lucky...Sunday morning was construction vehicles starting at 6 a.m. and Monday started with the dumpsters under the bedroom window being emptied at 4:20 a.m. then construction starting at 6:30 a.m.! We took a gamble on the "noise factor" and lost. However, once construction is done and they change the location of the dumpsters, we would definitely stay there again. Sorry....just keeping it real!
