Villa Solis - Steps from Grace Bay Beach

Villa Solis is a, NEWLY RENOVATED, 3 bedroom villa just steps from the white sands of Grace Bay Beach. A short 5 minute walk from Villa Solis brings you to a secluded section of Grace Bay Beach where you have access to Smith's Reef which is the best off beach coral reef in Providenciales.The villa is in a prime location with 7 restaurants within walking distance and the IGA Supermarket just a few minutes by car.

This modern open concept villa features 3 bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom and private access to the spacious pool deck. The new island-contemporary design blends seamlessly with the outdoor spaces to create an ideal vacation rental for small families or friend groups.

Guests are invited to sunbath poolside on our spacious pool deck or cool off with a refreshing cocktail under our shaded porch area. The roof top deck is the ideal space to do early morning yoga or enjoy one of the Turks and Caicos’ spectacular sunsets.

Guests enter Villa Solis enter through a private gate and short corridor that opens directly onto the villas central pool deck. Here you will find covered seating, outdoor dining, and chez lounges all wrapped around the villas private pool.

Main House
The entrance to the larger 2-bedroom pod is an accordion style door that spans the entire living room and kitchen area. The living room and kitchen are awash with natural light and includes ample seating, a 65” flatscreen TV and a fully equipped open concept kitchen.

Opening the accordion style doors allows guests to move seamlessly from the living room and fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor dining and expanded covered living space.

The central kitchen and dining area is flanked on either side by 2 of the villas spacious 3 bedrooms.

Each of these bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor walk-in showers, a king bed and private access to the central pool deck.

Guest Pod
The guest pod sits separately from the main building and offers additional privacy. This bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, large walk-in closet and a private on suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower options.

The Beach
Villa Solis is a short 3-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach and includes beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler to be enjoyed on Grace Bay Beach. Guests are encouraged to bring or rent snorkeling equipment to experience Smith's Reef. Smith's Reef boasts the best off-beach snorkeling in Providenciales. Here you will see endless tropical fish, turtles and the occasional lazily meandering sting ray.
