Deuxième chambre disponible en deux lits jumeaux ou un roi. Sortez par la porte de l'écran sur la terrasse de la piscine et juste une promenade loin de sable fin que vous aurez jamais mis les pieds dans! Grace Bay Beach a été nommé le numéro un plage du monde deux années de suite. Le complexe 18 unitaire est niché entre le luxueux Grace Bay Club et Royal West Indies avec des équipements disponibles à la fois. Le complexe est calme et reposant, pas une station animée en bord de mer avec une vaste et pas en compétition pour les chaises! We rented 2 condos as there were 9 of us traveling together- 3 generations. It was perfect. The pool was steps away and the walkway directly to the beach was just beyond that. We have traveled to many beaches and I can say with certainty that the calm, beautiful ocean at Grace Bay was the best for the little kids. I highly recommend this property.

From beginning to end our stay at The Grandview was amazing. Extremely clean unit with great a/c. Short easy walk to an amazing beach. The space served us well as was proximal to all. We even got picked up right in the beach for a full day charter. I highly recommend this space.

Everything was seamless from pre trip communication with Jing, the property manager, to check in/check out. The condo is spacious and updated. It was perfect for our family of 5 with older (adult size) kids. The grounds and pool are well maintained and clean. The beach chairs are plentiful (no scrambling to save seats like at a big resort) and are put out each morning and taken up around 5 or so. They had a nice 4 inch thick pad on them. We will def be back!

My husband, daughter and I went to Turks and Caicos for family vacation and picked the perfect place to stay. The condo was beautiful! We loved that the beach was steps away and that the beach was never crowed. The house manager was very helpful and kind. We highly recommend this place!

Vacay on Grace Beach

Clean and spacious condo with every amenity right in front of beautiful Grace Bay beach. Property is small but lovely with a nice pool area and gardens. Food is surprisingly expensive in this area, but that goes with the territory….A most enjoyable beach holiday - highly recommended.

Perfect property for us. We like small, quiet locations. Jing was so helpful when we arrived. Being able to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout was wonderful as our flight was late afternoon. Everything was clean and nice. We loved the location.

Home away from home in paradise!

Absolutely the best VRBO we've ever stayed in! Everything from the initial communication from the owner and property manager giving us tips for our stay in advance, to the property manager greeting us upon arrival, location, location, LOCATION! Just gorgeous and 30 seconds to the pool then Grace Bay beach. We ate out a few times in the area, but also loved having the wonderful kitchen, well stocked with everything you need to make the simplest meals to fancier dinners. We BBQ'd two of the nights, just can't say enough about how great this place was.

We landed on Providenciales about 20 years ago in a small private plane on our way to St. Marten. We stopped for lunch after about 8 yours of flying in the small plane took one look at the amazing beach and scenery and cancelled our St. Marten accommodations! We've been coming back ever since with our family of five from Michigan. We have always dreamed of owing property on the island but life just kept getting in the way until now!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We stayed this past Christmas at The Grandview after visiting this island over the last 20 years. We loved the location and quiet complex with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. It is our favorite part of the beach, wider and more private than further along Grace Bay. The complex has everything we enjoy in a beach vacation and the island has wonderful access to great diving/snorkeling/kite surfing. The restaurants are fabulous and the locals are warm and friendly!

The proximity to the exclusive Grace Bay Club is an added bonus. The resort is spectacular at night with torch lit bars and restaurants, cozy niches to sit and star gaze next to a blazing fire pit with an after dinner cocktail. We are within walking distance to at least a dozen fine restaurants as well as a 15 minute walk to Graceway IGA for groceries. Shops are within 10 minutes walking and more further down at Salt Mill Plaza within 20 minute walk.
