Enjoy your stay in my newly remodeled room. Everything is brand new in the room . Smart TV . Wifi parking in front of the house on the right side of the driveway.
Private entrance to come and go as you wish. Quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located close to all beaches, 10 minutes from SRQ Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 5 minutes to IMG and shopping/mall.
NO ACCESS TO THE BACKYARD .
PETS are allowed for cleaning fee.

Small cozy room. 15-20 min. from Anna Maria. Only issues were minor, tv is hard to watch from bed (very low) and outside light on main house was left on and annoying when trying to fall asleep.

Having lived in both Bradenton and SRQ many years I was surprised at both location and size of stay. It was literally a one car garage, completely turned into a vrbo. For a week or less very doable. But for the whole month of Feb. a little too small and inconvenient.

First of all, this suited our needs. We didn’t need anything fancy, just a basic place to stay. It was just what we needed, at the right price! The owner was a great communicator as well. We appreciated that as our stay was just a few days after Hurricane Milton hit and he kept us informed. As for our stay, it was ok. We couldn’t have foreseen that the renters at the main house would be so incredibly noisy. Slamming doors before 4 AM and before 5 AM two out of the three mornings we stayed. Because they were up so early the VERY bright yard lights kept turning on, shining in the windows. Quite annoying. Thankfully the last night they were gone and it was quiet. Also they had 6 cars and blocked us in. And we had to ask to park in the driveway cuz of all their cars taking our spot. The place was clean. No weird smells which we greatly appreciated. On a side note, the description does say ‘cookware’. But there isn’t anything to cook on…no little electric hot plate. So that makes having pots and pans pointless. But there is a coffee pot and a Keurig. Also a microwave. The is an ironing board, but no iron. As a suggestion to the owner…blackout curtains would really help with the bright yard lights shining in. We just hung towels and blankets up to block out the light from the other renters being outside so early with the lights turning on. Also, maybe an over-the-door hook could be useful for hanging clothes on. We bought one at Target to use as there no place to hang stuff.

Clean and affordable in peak season

Space offered everything I needed, space and amenities similar to a private hotel room. Location in a residential neighborhood. I spent no time there. It was quiet at night for sleeping. Very easy drive to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island
