Luxury House Trastevere is a stunning and elegant apartment located in the heart of Rome, at Trastevere. The property is the result of a meticulous restoration and extension of an early 19th-century residence; perfect location within walking distance of many attractions as Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori. Cozy and traditional neighbour, Trastevere offers the best restaurants, Caffes, enotecas, movie theatre and small shops. Luxury House Trastevere is 120 sqm, set on 2 floors, can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

First floor: Dedicated to the living area. The living is furnished with double sofabed, design working fireplace, large hideaway screen, video projector and sound system. Another part of the first floor is dedicated to the dining area, which features a hand made wood table up to 8 people. The kitchen is finely furnished and equipped with the latest appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washmachine, toaster and coffee machine).

Second floor: The top floor has two double bedrooms. One with double bed, private balcony with seats for two, modern ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The other bedroom with two twin beds ( can be set up as double bed too) and with adjoining bathroom with shower. Included free Wi-Fi throughout the property, SKY basic, air condtioning/ heating in all bedrooms and living zone.

Great stay!

It was a little loud in the neighborhood, but it was still worth being in the middle of the nightlife. Super fun time!

fun vibrant part of town

This is great location for those that love a vibrant nightlife and great food. Easy to walk over the bridge and to all tourist locations within 30 minutes. Food nearby is amazing. Nightlife is very happening so good for those that like to be up late and are ok with loud passerby's. Apartment is comfortable and convenient. we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Neighborhood. Lousy property/host

Due to a lack of communication and unclean/faulty amenities, we would not recommend this vrbo. A “host fee” almost as much as the reservation itself in addition to poor communication of vital info made this stay bad. We were in Rome during an extreme heat wave of 100 degrees. The site listing claimed AC, but 2 days before our stay, we were notified of a restriction the limited us to running two major appliances at a time. This resulted in having to run only run 2/3 of the AC’s in the house , and that’s if no other appliances are running, leaving us to sleep in 85+ degree rooms. When we entered the apartment it smelled pungent due to the city’s water system and heat. Although the host could not prevent this, we were not notified prior to the cancellation and someone had to come clean. We were also disappointed by a kitchen with ants and a shower that was unclean and unfinished. The tub had missing tiles and many spots of mildew. The main bathroom shower was practically broken unless you jerry rig it. The host also failed to inform us that the sofa bed was broken and completely switched it out from the one displayed on the listing, resulting in one of our family members having to instead sleep on a small couch. Had we known about the uncleared shower, faulty air conditioning, ants, and bad hosting, amongst other problems, we would have never booked this. The only saving grace of this property is that it is in a perfect location. Will come back but not here.
