Appartement lumineux récemment rénové au premier étage d'un immeuble du début des années 1900, au coeur du Trastevere, à cÎté de la maison de Dante Alighieri,
Tous les services touristiques sont à portée de main (Bus -Taxi -Restaurants -Bar- Bureau de poste- Pharmacie-Journal- super marché)
ComposĂ© d'une spacieuse chambre double triple (lit double plus un lit simple), d'une chambre double spacieuse, d'un salon avec canapĂ©-lit double, de 2 salles de bains avec douche, cuisine, TV dans les chambres, wifi gratuit, climatisation, chaque chambre incluse les salles de bains sont Ă©quipĂ©es de fenĂȘtres isolantes thermo-acoustiques, vidĂ©ophone, 2 ascenseurs, premier Ă©tage.
Notre maison est louée avec une licence "maison de vacances" réguliÚre et donc conforme à toutes les lois de sécurité requises par la loi.
La cuisine est équipée de lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, verres, couverts pour 8 personnes, du café Nespresso est disponible ainsi qu'une cafetiÚre, une chaudiÚre, un four micro-ondes.
Nous fournissons également, téléphone, fer et planche à repasser.

Fantastic place to stay

A perfect property for a family of four. Location was great (walking distance to many sites and restaurants and a taxi stand nearby for when the kids start grumbling), apartment was very well appointed and comfortable, and Barbara may have been the best host we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Host met us at the property despite our late night arrival. We got a full rundown on the apartment and the area with recommendations for shopping, eating and site seeing. The area is perfectly just outside where most of the crowds of tourists were. The apartment was spacious and perfect for two couples.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. Barbara checked in with us to make sure everything was good and was extremely helpful when my daughter wasn't feeling well and needed a dr. She scheduled cars for us which was very helpful even though there was a taxi stand and bus stop within a block. Cute cafes and bakeries were steps away. Definitely a 5 star experience

Perfect for Family of 4!

Great location to cool shops and restaurants. Perfect size for family of 4 with teens. Rooms were clean and cool at night with own AC units. The host is amazing! This was our best stay by far!! Highly recommend.

Barbara was an excellent host, welcoming us and explaining everything we needed to know. She was always available on WhatsApp and even booked our taxi to and from the airport. Lovely apartment with lots of thoughtful extras like Sunhats and umbrellas and a welcome pack. Great location

Wonderful place in Trastevere

My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. The location is terrific and Barbara was a wonderful and accommodating host. She was easy to reach, made sure we were comfortable, and was great about making recommendations, including suggesting a nearby place where we could store our luggage after checking out. Location, location, location!!!! Everything you need is accessible in close walking distance.

This apartment is a typical old style Roman abode. It was within walking distance to most of the key sites in Rome, as well as many great restaurants and lively night life. Our expectations were met staying here.

Next to the house of the famous poet Dante Alighieri. The apartment 'located in a building from the early 1900s with 2 lifts. Located in the center of Trastevere, vibrant neighborhood where there is the Roman night life with all the mobility services' in hand. In radius of 500 meters you can easily reach on foot the most important monuments of Rome. The Tiber River, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the ancient Jewish quarter of the Ghetto and the Synagogue, Piazza Venezia, the Campidoglio, Bocca della Verita ', Roman Forum, Teatro Marcello, Circus Maximus. Then you arrive with a few bus stops to St. Peter's, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, international shopping destinations
Trastevere and 'the neighborhood with the major tourist attractions of Rome, in it are located the major monuments of the City' Eternal, and 'also the neighborhood where there is the Roman nightlife and late into the night, there are restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, always open. Sunday morning is held
the biggest flea market in Rome: Porta Portese.
It will be very nice to walk along the River Tiber and walk across its beautiful bridges, one different from 'other.
