Appartement lumineux récemment rénové au premier étage d'un immeuble du début des années 1900, au coeur du Trastevere, à côté de la maison de Dante Alighieri,
Tous les services touristiques sont à portée de main (Bus -Taxi -Restaurants -Bar- Bureau de poste- Pharmacie-Journal- super marché)
Composé d'une spacieuse chambre double triple (lit double plus un lit simple), d'une chambre double spacieuse, d'un salon avec canapé-lit double, de 2 salles de bains avec douche, cuisine, TV dans les chambres, wifi gratuit, climatisation, chaque chambre incluse les salles de bains sont équipées de fenêtres isolantes thermo-acoustiques, vidéophone, 2 ascenseurs, premier étage.
Notre maison est louée avec une licence "maison de vacances" régulière et donc conforme à toutes les lois de sécurité requises par la loi.
La cuisine est équipée de lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, verres, couverts pour 8 personnes, du café Nespresso est disponible ainsi qu'une cafetière, une chaudière, un four micro-ondes.
Nous fournissons également, téléphone, fer et planche à repasser.
Sur demande, nous pouvons également fournir un lit bébé.

Perfect location, apartment, and host! We loved everything about this place and will definitely stay here again when we come back. So close to everything. We took a taxi (stand is very close) because we had early morning Vatican tickets but we walked back along the river and wandered through Trastevere. Took a nap and then went back out for dinner at Enzos.

We could not have picked a better property. The location was absolutely fantastic. Trastevere is a great area to stay in, it's so vibrant, and has plenty of great restaurants. The property is so close to the river so you can easily walk to all of the sights. It was a perfect place for our family of 5. Barbara is an excellent host. She met us at the apt to show us around and was available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this location. If we visit Rome again, I would definitely stay here.

We truly loved this apartment, its location and all the thoughtful extra touches. Barbara, the host, went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, offered wonderful recommendations and even researched Vegan and Gluten Free dining options for two of our daughters. The location in Travestere is ideal, with easy public transportation and walking distance to many sites and locations. We highly recommend!!

This apartment is a gem. The host - Barbara - is wonderful. The stay was perfect. The apartment is well stocked for whatever travel needs you have — from hair curling iron to an actual iron and chargers to every cleaning product you may need under the sink. The actual apartment is spacious and beautiful. It is huge! The proximity to everything we needed was excellent. Check-in and check-out were very simple. As I write this review all I want to do is go back. Thank you, Barbara for a very beautiful stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of five. We were able to walk to almost everything, including several great restaurants, a neighborhood park, nightly dessert spots, Circus Maximus, and the Colosseum. Taxis were always easy to find right outside the building, making it convenient to get anywhere else we wanted to go.The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing excellent recommendations and making sure we knew where everything was. The combination of the incredible location, beautiful property, and outstanding hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better property or host in Rome.

Fantastic place to stay

A perfect property for a family of four. Location was great (walking distance to many sites and restaurants and a taxi stand nearby for when the kids start grumbling), apartment was very well appointed and comfortable, and Barbara may have been the best host we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome at this apartment in Trastevere. The location is incredible. Rome is quite walkable anyway, but this was in the heart of the restaurants and cute streets of Trastevere, just on the other side of the river from the main part of the city. Although there were people out at all hours of the night, it was pretty quiet in the apartment during our stay.The apartment is described well in the listing with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area with a pull out bed. The apartment is shaped as one long hallway with all the doors opening to it. Just know that if you use the bed in the living area and don't put it away each night (which we didn't), there is no where to sit except the kitchen table or on the beds. The beds were not very comfortable (think basic IKEA mattresses), but everything was clean and well kept and had what we needed.The kitchen has all the basics. The bathrooms are great, but the showers are very small (as usual for Europe). The washer (no dryer) is in a bathroom and was a main draw for us to this apartment. You will be hanging clothes everywhere to dry them since they don't have usable drying racks.The owner is very helpful and answered us promptly each time. She even helped when the private limo company refused to let us pay via credit card. (Beware of that in case they try it again.)Very pleased with our stay overall.

Jennifer thank you for your beautiful review ! we were very happy to host and meet you. we will take note to put a big rack to hang the laundry... as you noticed in Italy we don't have dryier in our homes ; D about mattress is it the very first time that somebody says they are not comfortable! we ordered and customised them from the factory making them thicker than usual to be more comfortable! of course in the sofa bed the mattress has to be thinner to fold it anyway thank you for letting us know ! ciao Barbara

Host met us at the property despite our late night arrival. We got a full rundown on the apartment and the area with recommendations for shopping, eating and site seeing. The area is perfectly just outside where most of the crowds of tourists were. The apartment was spacious and perfect for two couples.

Perfect for Family of 4!

Great location to cool shops and restaurants. Perfect size for family of 4 with teens. Rooms were clean and cool at night with own AC units. The host is amazing! This was our best stay by far!! Highly recommend.

Located in the center of Trastevere, vibrant neighborhood where there is the Roman night life with all the mobility services' in hand. In radius of 500 meters you can easily reach on foot the most important monuments of Rome. The Tiber River, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the ancient Jewish quarter of the Ghetto and the Synagogue, Piazza Venezia, the Campidoglio, Bocca della Verita ', Roman Forum, Teatro Marcello, Circus Maximus. Then you arrive with a few bus stops to St. Peter's, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, international shopping destinations
Trastevere and 'the neighborhood with the major tourist attractions of Rome, in it are located the major monuments of the City' Eternal, and 'also the neighborhood where there is the Roman nightlife and late into the night, there are restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, always open. Sunday morning is held
the biggest flea market in Rome: Porta Portese.
It will be very nice to walk along the River Tiber and walk across its beautiful bridges, one different from 'other.
