One of a few specialty built villas on a 25 acre lake, on a small side street off the beaten path. Window turrets provide beautiful views of the lake and hills.
Imagine having your coffee lakeside.This 2700 sq feet beautiful home is where you want to be in the desert! Enough room for 8-10 guests comfortably. The fabulous backyard is a grillers dream! One of the only properties on the lake with patio covers to keep you cool in the summer heat, and TV outside for baseball and football seasons! Huge bar and grill to gather! East facing so wind won’t bother you on those gusty days, no fussing with umbrellas here! Just enough sun to have fun! The new small salt water pool and large spa provide an awesome view of the lake, as well as the view from the master bedroom. This 3 bedroom, well stocked home has everything you need for your family get-a-way or celebration! It’s in a private, gated community. Great neighborhood for kids as well! New 60 game arcade to keep the kiddos busy while not in the pool! Decor is chic pottery barn style for your comfort! Board games, Scrabble and other games for fun, indoors or out. Newly updayed, new beds and flooring! Pack and play and high chair available for the little ones. EV Charger. Disconnect and enjoy family time!

Excellent House!

We had a great time staying in this house. It was the cleanest house we have stayed in. The host is awesome and easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked and has great family games. We enjoyed the outside space.

lovely home well equipped with good quality everything.

Great place for our stay. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We stayed with friends for the first couple of weeks and kids/grandkids for the next week. All in all, moved the layout and the proximity to the golf course. Highly recommend this spot

Spring desert weekend getaway

This property is one of the cleanest, nicest, and best accommodating short-term rental properties we have ever stayed at. Bedrooms are large and airy, with very comfortable beds. Access to/from the property from the freeway is simple, but once in the community we felt wonderfully secluded from the rest of the county! It is truly a desert oasis! The backyard is perfectly set up for group relaxation and our 7 adults had a wonderful time. The interactions with Sandy the owner were easy, and she was very responsive. We really appreciated her and her home - definitely recommended!!!

Lake House

We spent two months at the lake house and it was incredible from check in to check out. Sandra and Kevin were great hosts and on the few occasions we had questions we received an answer right away.We have rented through VRBO many times before and have never stayed in a property that was so well stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. The beds were so comfortable and the interior of the house was just beautiful.Most afternoons and evenings were spent on the beautiful patio with the pool and the hot tub. It was really nice to have the option of shade or sun as well during the day.Thanks Sandra and Kevin for making our two months in the desert memorable.

Amazing Stay!

Our trip didn’t start out the greatest. We got caught in a storm that we didn’t even know was coming. But once we entered the house, all was forgotten. This place is amazing! We had a few questions and and the property manager answered immediately. We spent an entire day in the spa/pool just talking. We grilled while relaxing. We found plenty of board games to use in the house. We now have a text group talking about how amazing the trip was. I think we will be back soon!

What can be better than staying on a lake in the desert! One of my favorite things is to just walk or run around the lake in the early mornings. It's so peaceful!

Our House is designed for comfort. We also take great care to make sure it's very clean and that you have everything you need for a great stay. We are tucked away at the end of a cove. Although we are street side, it's very quiet as it's off the beaten path!
