Walk through a covered front porch & entry to acquaint yourself with this beautiful brand new home with ALL NEW furniture and furnishings. With 4 bedrooms & 3 baths in 2,216 sqft, this residence will wow you with an open floor plan highlighted by oak wood floors & a seamless blending of the great room, kitchen, & dining. Enjoy the outdoors in your covered verandah with living & dining spaces, custom pool, raised spa w/spillover, & a 5’ raised wall with water features. There is also a 6’ fence that surrounds the pool deck & side of the home - entertain with privacy!

Master Bedroom has 1 King size bed, 1 large dresser, walk-in closet, wall mounted HD TV. The master suite includes two walk-in closets & sliders that lead to the pool. The master bath features dual sinks, a shower, & a tub with frosted glass panel that wraps around the toilet to separate it.

Bedroom #2 has plush queen-size bed, a wall mounted TV and large dresser. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds, dresser, and closet. Bedroom #4 has a plush queen-size bed with a desk.

Living/Family Room has a large sectional couch with 70” flat screen smart TV that can be viewed from the couch, or the dining or kitchen bar area. The kitchen has an island with an additional sink & a butcher block countertop & the dining & great rooms open up to outdoor living. The laundry room has plenty of storage & is located next to the 2-car garage, with a storage platform, work bench, & plenty of vehicle space.

In this location, you will be moments away from the shopping, dining, & entertainment of downtown Naples, as well as 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico & our white sand beaches.

This home was fabulous. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family. It was immaculate and very well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the pool which was a favorite of my granddaughter! The owner responded immediately when I texted with questions
she was very responsive. I would highly recommend this home!!

Perfect Home away from Home

Classy, comfortable and clean, so many thoughtful details. I truly think the best rental home we have ever stayed in. The host went above and beyond to communicate and accommodate all of our needs. The outdoor pool and living /dining area were exceptional. I highly recommend this home and host.

A Week in Naples

The home is modern, beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The pool area is well appointed, but an enclosed screen covering would better serve guests to help with the mosquitoes. The neighborhood is quiet and consists of a mixture of mid-century and newly constructed homes. The location is within close proximity of the grocery store, the mall, nice restaurants, and downtown Naples.

Great Time at a Beautiful Home

Got together with girlfriends to celebrate a milestone birthday and had a wonderful time. The house was spectacular and Anna, the hostess was wonderful. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay or a better host. The house is basically brand new, spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Proximity to downtown Naples (where we went just about every day), Marcos Island, etc. was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood where you could relax away from traffic and noise. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Great Stay In Naples

The property was wonderful. Pictures don't do it justice. It is essentially a brand new high-end home with a great pool and a spa we used every night. Proximity to the beach was 5 minutes and it is very close to many restaurants. The property owner was really responsive to all of our requests and just a text away. I would definitely return on our next trip to Naples. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway

This property is better than stated on-line. The house is clean and everything is stocked up for the beach/pool. The owner’s quick response time was amazing. We had a great week relaxing by the beach/pool. The location was great to Downtown and 10-15 mins from Mercato. This is a gem.

Normally, I would prefer entry information and property details at least 3 days to week in advance. Property instructions like systems should be documented on site. Smart home should have device to use not require app downloads. Property was fairly clean, but would have preferred a sheet and towel service used by homeowner property manager.

Family vacation trip

I love this property. House was very modern, all kitchen appliances were brand new from “Bosch” the kitchen had different types of cooking pots “ninja “ brand As well multiple dishware and drinking glasses for every type of cocktail also you have basic ingredients for cooking like cooking oil multiple spices, ketchup, mayonnaise mustard Also, you can find food in the pantry like cereal, popcorn, mac & cheese. Bathroom were very modern and clean extra towels you can found in the laundry cabinet . House was decorated with good modern taste . The pool had a waterfall, hot Jacuzzi and LED lights. After few days of spending there we had a Pool guy coming and cleaning and taking care of the pool filters Backyard was very private with palm trees and had barbecue grill. Spaces 2 car garage. We found also different kinds of Floaties for the pool. The house is located at very quiet neighborhood. Few minutes drive to the beach and Naples downtown. My family had very relaxing fun time at this property.

You can stop searching; THIS IS THE BEST of the BEST!

This property is the apotheosis of vacation homes!!! You really have found the best of the best. Anna makes the entire experience seamless and professional. From the sublime salt pool and spa, to the high ceilings, to the pristine private yard filled with tropical trees, to the vast, well furnished lanai with outdoor tv, to the high-end kitchen and perfectly curated interior. This property literally has it all ... to the point we would much rather stay here over a Four Season Hotel. It’s that fantastic. Everything is brand new; it’s filled with the most thoughtful details down to the lighting, ceiling fans, huge smart TVs, robust a/c, shining garage, washer and dryer and laundry room. It’s absolutely brilliant in all regards. The bedrooms are elegant. The bathrooms are beautiful with rain showers and marble. Pictures connot do this property justice. The hardwood floors are endless. You will love it and come back again and again. We sure will. And the neighborhood is quiet and pristine. Beautiful birds can be seen from the backyard. This place was a dream. It’s very, very close to all of the best restaurants. The zoo is right here, as are the botanical gardens. Both a must see. The brand new, huge kitchen is fully appointed with everything a gourmet chef would require. We could go on and on at the perfection of this property but then you’d still be reading this instead of booking your stay!! You will not regret it. Bravo!!!

This home is very clean and modern. The location is near the beach, shopping and many restaurants. The homeowner was very easy to contact and responded promptly. The pool was a highlight after spending hours on the beach/ bay. Our family had a wonderful stay and hope to return to Naples, Fl next year !

It’s pretty dam close to perfect

This was a special trip for my family. My first time back to Naples in more than 30 years. This was an opportunity to share Naples, my cherished memories, and make some new ones my family. This trip was in honor of my mom who passed this year. Let’s just say this house had big expectations but lived up to all of them. Anna is amazing, the house is gorgeous, and the location was 10 min or less to almost everything. Anna was very receptive to requests and wanted input on how our trip could have been better or house improved. You won’t be disappointed picking this house. I rediscovered my love of Naples and we will be back!! Next time when it’s a little cooler 😊

Perfect!

We loved this property! The pool and outdoor space were the highlights, but the whole place was great. The property manager was super responsive and when we had a problem with the electric kettle she had a new one sent along with a bouquet of spring flowers, very thoughtful! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was beautifully appointed. As with any house/home there are always small difficulties that arise, but Anna was extremely responsive in getting items taken care of and answering our questions. Loved the proximity to beaches and to downtown Naples - perfect place!

Wonderful home

Home felt basically new and a number of "smart" setups. Very well done. Great open layout, and cute pool and jacuzzi in the back. Everything was very well maintained and owner had everything we needed, including complete beach gear for our family. Great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping, groceries and the zoo. Wonderful property and owner

We had a great time at this house. It is very well appointed, modern and very clean. The layout with the 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms worked perfectly for my family of 6 adults and one child. The pool was great! Anna was a terrific host - very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend. Great location too. It’s close to everything but not in the really congested traffic areas. We would stay here again.

The place, the service, everything was a 10!

I have been renting places in Florida with my family for over 15 years and this by far was the best experience we have had in Naples. The place was beautiful, well stocked with things that no other rental property in 15 years has provided. The owners daughter was so attentive and helpful, I had to tell her to stop being so incredible! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was 5 Stars. We ran in to a few issues with the house and she had them fixed within minutes. Once she even showed up herself to ensure things were done properly. Unfortuantely at the end of our trip my grandmother ended up with covid and Biada moved mountains to ensure my grandmother was safe, comfortable and had nothing to be concerned about other than resting. She has a heart of gold, is friendly, welcoming, handy, professional and just the most wonderful host. If you are renting this space at any age, do not hesitate, book now before someone else finds out! We are coming back next year for a month! Thank you for a wonderful, seamless trip in unfortunate circumstances.
