Gulfview 113 –

This wonderful condo sits just steps from the beach and offers spectacular gulf views. Gulfview 113 is competitively priced while still offering guests wonderful on-site amenities. You will have access to a lagoon-shaped community pool just steps from your front door, grilling facilities, and a coin operated laundry room. Of course the star of the property is that the private gated beach access is a stone's throw away. Don’t want to hassle with beach chairs and an umbrella? You can conveniently reserve beach service while on the sand.

Gulfview 113 is a wonderfully appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath gulf view condo. Have a hard time with stairs? This is the perfect property for you! The condo sits ground floor to allow easy access for guests. Upon entering the condo you will notice the updated interior immediately. The King Bedroom has been decorated with soothing beach colors, beautiful furnishings, and a large flat screen TV for guests to enjoy before heading off to sleep. A short stroll further down the hall will lead to the bathroom then open into the kitchen and living area. The living room features another large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is are four bar stools along the kitchen bar to allow plenty of seating for meals. At the end of the living room a sliding glass door opens onto a balcony which looks out over the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico just off in the distance. The patio has plenty of seating for all guests to enjoy the sounds of the roaring waves just steps away.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen with Bar Seating, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Very nice place in great location

Everything was a 5 star but would be nicer with ice maker in fridge for drinks. Mattress was great, kitchen furnishings were great. Very relaxing and close to the beach.

Location was amazing!

Perfect location and directly across from the beach. Also has a pool for relaxing in the evening. Great for a small family!

Perfect location to beach and restaurants

Stayed at this condo many times over the years. Always look forward to coming back. Easy beach access and close to several restaurants. Beach chair service is always helpful.

Cute Place, Great Location

Cute place directly across from the beach. Not too much of a water view but a great location. It’s quieter at this end versus staying closer towards Pompano Joes. Would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Stayed in 2025 and absolutely loved it. The location was absolutely perfect with private beach access, board walk by the beach, local coffee shops and stores etc. and also a variety of pools. One pool is located right out the front door, other heated pool and hot tub it in back of building. We had beautiful views of the Gulf from the apartment and the porch which made the stay more pleasant. Overall we would recommend staying here!

Nice clean room

Our room was very clean upon arrival. They left us clear instructions and plenty of amenities such as towels to use. The beds were nice and comfortable.

Perfect for Two

Great location, easy beach access, clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We had family in a nearby unit within the property so this worked out well for us. The only "complaint" would be that the AC just didn't seem to keep the unit humidity-free so towels/swim suits never dried over night. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Good place, but will choose differently next time

Clean, thought it might have some plumbing issues the first couple of days but it worked itself out. Great location. We'll only look at other options because we were unable to launch Netflix, Hulu, etc because we couldn't find a wifi adapter.

Get away

We have stayed at Gulf View 1 for over 20 years. We love it. It’s so convenient and perfect for two people. This unit was perfect. We loved it. The kitchen is so well stocked! Thanks for thinking of all the little things! We will choose this unit again.
