Welcome to Fairways. This wonderful cottage is located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Enjoy a morning or afternoon on the screened in patio or the uncovered outdoor deck with a lovely view of the water. Enjoying driving the cart on the resort to Baytowne, the beach, tennis, Jolee Island and more.

The master bedroom, located on the back side of the cottage with a water view, includes a king bed, flat screen TV and a large walk- in closet with a washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo for your convenience. Our guest bedroom is just to the right when you enter this lovely cottage and also contains a king bed, large closet ,and a flat screen TV. The connected guest bathroom has a full shower.

Enjoy a fabulous golf cart ride just a couple miles from the beach. Cart can be taken through underground tunnel under the highway all the way to the beach!

The spacious kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family getaway: Stainless steel appliances, utensils, cookware, Keurig more. The dining area seats up to up people.

Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach,outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

Tennis, golf, and pickleball are offered on the resort. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. IF unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
