The Reel Summer Place is a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow located in a quiet community with two swimming pools. The beach and two world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. All three bedrooms can be easily accessed from the open living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and you can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table. Afterward, kick back in the living room to watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. Don't forget to take a leisurely walk to the beach for a day of sun and sand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
