Our Beachside Villa on 30A is a short one minute walk to the gorgeous Seagrove Beach. Enjoy your stay at our updated family friendly first floor condo. Pet friendly! Just steps from the beautiful location of Seagrove Beach and nestled next to Eastern lake. Spend days on the beach with easy access back to the condo. Access to Beachside Villa amenities (2 pools/1 heated), tennis courts and shuffleboard. Unit includes two large bedrooms with King and Full beds and sofa sleeper.

We had an awesome stay at this property. My wife and I traveled with our four kids. The property was just as described and was very close to the beach. We would definitely book here again.

The only complaint is that they need to let renters know that the beach is closed to Beachside Villas and you have to walk down to a public part. My parents have a hard time walking especially my Dad. So we went to the pool the whole time because you can't just walk straight to the beach and sit in a chair The condo was nice and the location is great except for the condos on the beach that took over that beach. Next year somewhere different. You pay all that money and have no access until 5pm.

Great quiet location close to beach.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer were very handy and was just overall a great place to stay.

Beach week

Overall, our stay was great! The location is close to the beach and perfect for a small group to get away at. The space was clean, though some dishes and cookware were dirty when pulled out. The condo didn't have any laundry detergent when we stayed and had limited paper products, which is something to consider. In the end, the stay was lovely, and I would stay again and recommend it to others as well.

The condo is perfect. Short walk to the beach. The problem is the private owners limiting the use of the beach. Yes, a shuttle is provided to the public area. You can walk to it as well. But we picked a place close to the beach to take those 300 steps and plop.

This place is in the perfect spot and the cutest little town. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay and everything was so easy. The managers were just a text away! Will definitely be staying here again if we come back

The condo was very cute and clean! We loved how close it was located to the beach & the ease of accessing areas close by! Loved that there was an umbrella and chairs provided for the beach. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable

The property could use a little TLC. For me, an entrance door can say a lot about a home. The villa entrance door was filthy, and the dirt was not just a week of dust and sand. We were also disappointed in the outdoor patio. It was very dirty and not just sweep the concrete floor dirty. Take some time to clean the premises for an appealing look. As far as the inside of the villa, we felt the floor hadn't been cleaned for some time. As far as the overall area, the premises met our expectations, and we would visit the area again in the future.

Great Condo!!

The location to the beach is fantastic! This was a perfect condo for our family, 2 teens and 2 dogs. Finding a pet friendly condo isn’t easy, so we were so happy to find this one. Our kids also absolutely loved playing pickleball on the court. Very quiet and family friendly. Most definitely would stay here again.

Perfect for us and the dogs.

Having the beach right there was great. And no stairs down to the beach. The dog area is nice added touch. Also the golf cart service to the beach is nice on hot day.

Aside from the hurricane ruining the beach for us. This location was the best part of our little get away. Absolutely the cleanest place we've ever stayed at!! (we're very picky with cleanliness) Bethany is so nice and helpful!! Will definitely be staying again!
