Please be advised that Seagrove Highlands Condominiums is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when parking, pool access, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-November through late December.

Just minutes away from the stunning 30A beaches, this spacious unit can host up to eight guests. Stay in our sunny slice of paradise, with high ceilings and modern amenities, your own screened-in porch, and stunning views. Families, couples, and friend groups alike can spread out across the three bedrooms and bonus living room sofa bed for a convenient, comfy oceanfront getaway.
Take your pick of the primary suite, guest bedroom, or bunk room. The primary suite comes with a king-sized bed that’ll make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. It also has a travertine-tiled ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower stall, and soaker tub.
The guest bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, tons of storage space, and a bright, minimalistic design. And the bunk room is great for little ones, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and TV. Both rooms can share the beautiful second bathroom, with its spacious vanity and shower/tub combo.
While we know you came for the incredible Gulf of Mexico beaches, there are plenty of luxurious amenities to enjoy right here at home. With a large, bright living room, guests will have plenty of space to host a game night or movie marathon. Gather around the comfy couches and enjoy good conversation.
You’ll also love the living area views through the double French doors to the screened-in porch. On a beautiful day, there’s nothing better than getting comfy on the patio furniture to escape into a good book on this sunny top-floor balcony.
When hunger comes calling, don’t sweat it. Just pop over to the fully equipped open kitchen, with its modern appliances and utensils for cooking anything you like. In the mornings, brew a cup of coffee to enjoy with breakfast at the large kitchen island with bar seats. And to enjoy a tasty dinner together, gather around the hardwood dining table.
There are a thousand ways to have fun outdoors here at our Seagrove Highlands condo. Take a dip in the community pool or challenge friends to a pickup game of basketball.
