We have been going to the Seaside area for 15 years and this is our favorite place yet! We had everything we needed! The host is very responsive! We will definitely be staying here again this year!!

Very nice ground floor condo for a little vacation, especially if you are traveling with a little one! Walking distance to the pool, beach, shops & restaurants! Host was super easy to contact with questions & quick answers! Overall great vacation!!

Great location and well appointed condo decorated with taste!As I addressed some cleanliness issues upon arrival, Capucine was very responsive!We were 3 adults and our 2 dogs and the condo is perfect, very dogs friendly.We loved the 4 mins to the new beach access and the community is very nice and super dog friendly!Highly recommend!!

The beds were extremely comfortable, we LOVED the beach cart, and so thankful for letting us stay at this wonderful place. There is so much to do. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting 30A, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved being able to ride the golf cart around, and the location was perfect close to great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach! The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything even smoother. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Rental

The place is nicely located across the beach - very short walk and they provide a beach cart, umbrella and chairs. The unit was clean and very comfty for a family of four. Kids had a great time and the ocean and beach were amazing!

Perfect for our young family

We had a great stay with our family! We have kids ages 4 and 5. The pool was awesome and we could easily walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We had a great time.

Our overall stay was good! The space was a bit tight with my three kiddos + MIL & spouse! But, we absolutely made it work & that was on us when picking a spot! The listing is very accurate as the condo looked just like the photos.

Wonderful short weekend in a clean updated condo not far from Seaside and Watercolor. Love that we can stay with my dog and beautiful white sand beach across the street, short walk and 5 minute drive to Seaside. Would stay there again. Owner is so easy to reach and responsive. Highly recommend

Wonderful location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! A short walk to two beach access points, fantastic pool and close to all of the beach towns. A grocery store is just around the corner, and there are a number of good restaurants in biking distance. Capucine always responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely return!

Love Santa Rosa

Our condo was clean and comfortable, for which we were so thankful. Check-in was super easy, and the owner was easy to work with. We were on 30A but not in sight of the ocean. Of course it was a short walk to the beach., There were only two of us, and we enjoyed our time.
