Many thanks for the verry good Feedback

I'm sorry you didn't like it. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. You would have liked to have written to me. I would have refunded them the remaining money immediately. For the time if they had left earlier. This is the first one star review of 3 apartments that I advertised directly on FeWo. It's a shame that the guests come first for me. You can see it in my other reviews.

Thanks Manuel

We attach great importance to the fact that the circumstances in the environment are described in a comprehensible and comprehensible manner and the photos are meaningful. With each renewal new photos come immediately to the Internet On the balcony and on the solarium there are more seats, as can be seen in the pictures.18 seating. There should be something there. In Spanish construction steps are common, unfortunately not the German standard, which one should be aware of as a visitor. If one knows that the physical mobility is limited, one should in principle clarify whether the environment of the accommodation appears suitable. We had often written back and forth. The distances to the pool and the shopping possibilities are in the description. In normal gait this is not even 10 minutes on foot. It also says that a car is recommended. Even in our correspondence, I have recommended that it is more convenient to rent a car than to come by taxi. I had a taxi organized for your transfer, which is not self-evident. It is also not in the description, that there are beach chairs by the pool. It is also not allowed to leave there loungers overnight. We regret that you had a different idea. If there is something, there is always the possibility BEFORE contacting the host and not at the end until the host on such a review in knowledge. There is always a solution.

Vielen Dank . Wir bemühen uns immer das alles in Ordnung ist und das sich unsere Gäste bei uns wohl fühlen.
