We had a great stay. Never needed to contact the host because everything was as stated. We walked from our quiet neighborhood to all the action downtown and it was a quick drive to the beach.

Started out being very confusing trying to find the right location. If you read other reviews, you will see a few had the same issues. GPS took us to a completely different condo area with same "529" number. A nice lady redirected us and said, "That happens a lot" we contacted the host and found our way, but it was still pretty confusing. As all three buildings look the same and we could not find any numbers to identify one over the other. The condo is basically an apartment building. So be prepared to carry all you stuff through something as such. There is nothing to help carry your stuff, like a hotel would, and you're not walking right up to your room, so be prepared. The room was clean. Set up well. The main bed is a Full. It had a full kitchen with most of what you'd need. The part that really made the stay poor was the fire alarm going off at 3 am. And we all had to evacuate. Understandable. Except people that are permanent residents said that it happens "all the time". Some residents won't even leave because it's such a frequent occurrence. Yep. Because it went off again at 1:30 the next day! And in-between those two, there were another two times but those were short. Host asked a question about it when I contacted him. Then nothing. Silence. Refused to compensate us at all. Which I only asked for after hearing it happens all the time. He should have told us. It wasn't "an incidental" alarm. It was a constant problem. Not easy for Parkinsons.

You won’t be disappointed

We stayed for 3 nights in this spacious condo. It couldn’t be any cleaner and the location is wonderful. Close to several restaurants and fast food places. My favorite part was that the downtown area was only a 15 minute walk from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for your Grand Haven stay

This property is sparkling clean and new. It’s a beautiful, bright corner unit. The location is great, very convenient. The on site restaurant Paisley Pig is excellent and open for lunch and dinner. Easy parking, quiet building. Great communication with the host. I’d stay again.

We loved the property. The only downside for us was the size of the bed and the mattress pad. The padding wasnt the most comfortable and we wished the bed was larger. Otherwise the property was wonderful. I loved the kitchen snd livinf area, the bathrooms and the porch. Great location as well.

Grand Haven Stay

The property was super clean. There were some concerns with no blankets and sheets but were resolved quickly. The towel hanger fell off the wall, and there was no detergent soap to use the washer. Did not get a reply from owner when this was reported. Towels were thin, and washcloths not great. Wi fi was difficult to find, should have it posted somewhere in the apartment. Location was great.

Confused…..

First, I will say that the cleanliness, and location was great! Cute place! We were so excited to stay here after reading all the reviews!The building is confusing to find as it looks like shops or a medical building if you have never seen it before. After driving 8 hours we believed to have found the right area but we were confused on the exact location of the building so we reached out to the host but there was no response. We eventually found it and after a couple hours, I reached out that we had found it. Still no response from the host. Upon arrival we discovered there was no working TV in the bedroom, one of the lamps in the bedroom flickered on and off nonstop, the bathtub would not drain after a quick shower leaving us in ankle deep water. We reached out to the host multiple times during our short three day vacation and only received one vague response the entire time. None of the issues were resolved by the host. The following day a maintenance man showed up & brought a bottle of Drano and more towels since only two were left for our party at four. Still no fix for the bedroom tv & the drain still wasn’t working. Then the day before we left, we used the kitchen sink for the first time and it also would not drain. Thankfully we didn’t cook or eat in as that would have made it difficult. With the price we paid for three nights we were very disappointed in the ongoing issues that arose during our short stay with little to no communication back from our host.

2 night stay was ok

Clean and good size condo for 2 adults. Except the room with laundry was dirty with lint and debris on the floor. Otherwise the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath were clean. It was quiet which was good. There was no cable tv, which was in the listing. This was a major disappointment for us and our only real complaint. Also the parking lot was closed for repaving which is not the owners fault but I wish we had been notified in advance by the owner. It was difficult finding the building and parking as all the spaces seemed to be taken by others and those at shops and restaurants. The lot did reopen the 2nd night. If the unit had cable tv, I’d book it in the future if I was ever back in Michigan but I think the listing should be updated to accurately reflect it only has Roku.
