This home has been wonderfully renovated inside and out. Brand new amenities and professionally interior designed. Everything you or your family need to feel at home has not been missed! Free off street parking. KING size bed in master en-suite and walk in closet- located on the first floor. Fully fenced yard and enclosed private deck with grill and firepit. Located on a dead end street and walking distance to tons of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Beautiful 1st floor laundry room. Desk area for corporate travelers. Family room with fireplace and sliding doors leading out to your deck. Large Dining room with large 6 person dining room table. 2.5 baths one with a huge rain shower in master and another full bath upstairs with a new bath tub. Queen guest bedroom and adorable kids bedroom with bunks and a twin bed are all located upstairs. Gorgeous kitchen with high ceilings and beautiful quartz countertops and Island with stools. Cook your heart out with every kitchen amenity possible. Coffee and Tea Bar are provided. And your fridge has ice maker and filtered water. This location & private home is Buffalo's Best for sure! ** PLEASE NOTE - if you are staying at the home during Buffalo NY’s 7 months of possible snow, hail and ice lol salt and shovel will be available on both porches. The walkways, steps and porches are the responsibility of the guest staying. Snow plow service will be provided for any snow accumulations over 3 inches in the driveway. THURSDAY am is garbage day for the property- no matter how much garbage you have accumulated- if your stay crossed over that pick up time, please make sure to place the garbage and recycle can at the curb. Kelley was a wonderful host! She was so easy to get a hold of and was so generous to let us check in early as there was a storm in our area. The house BEAUTIFUL, extremely clean and the fenced in backyard for our pup was absolutely perfect! The area is so quiet and safe! We absolutely with out a doubt will be back! Thank you Kelley for everything!

The host was incredibly accommodating, and the house truly felt like home for both me and my son. He loved having his own room so much that he almost forgot he was staying in the same house with me. Every detail of the setup was thoughtfully designed with guests in mind — there was even a hidden emergency toothpaste in case you forgot yours while traveling. It was honestly hard to leave. Overall, this is easily one of the best rentals I’ve experienced in Buffalo. Highly recommended.

This property was immaculate! I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door! You seriously have thought of everything! I usually have to bring two items along with me because no other property has ever had them & you HAD THEM!!! Tissues and a popcorn bowl! Lol there wasn’t anything missing in this house! Well maintained and decorated! We enjoyed our stay to visit the Niagara Falls! Thank you for all of the details & thought put into making this an amazing stay!

Very nice and convenient house. My husband and I were the only residents, so we only used the first floor. Love the layout. Kitchen and laundry room are convenient. The desk in the front area is a great idea. Like the shower in the master bath. Owner Kelley was helpful. Good stay!

Everything was as advertised, no complaints. Nice fenced back yard for our small dog. Nice and clean. Everything worked. Good communication with Kelley. No surprises. Really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Adorable home!

This was the perfect property for our family of 5 to spend a few days. (3 kids 6-11) It's very well decorated inside and looks just like the pics. Location is central to all things Buffalo/Niagara Falls with a ton of delicious restaurants around. Communication with Kelley was perfect all the way through.There is an active set of train tracks directly across the street (behind another row of houses). You will hear the trains throughout the day and sometimes night, but it's not something that really bothered us or took away from the trip.Thanks so much for having us!!

Family visit

The house is absolutely adorable. Very nicely decorated and well stocked. We were all very comfortable. Close proximity to shopping and attractions. We are returning for our wedding in August and really looking forward to our stay.

Fantastic Stay!

Kelley's place was super comfortable and very clean. It was very well appointed and had everything my family needed for a pleasant stay. We quickly felt very much at home. Kelley was a great host and very responsive, and there were nice touches in the home like a binder of local information. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants and close to the highway to take you anywhere you wanted to go. I will echo some of the other reviews that the noise from the nearby trains can be notable at night, so use a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper. All in all we had a lovely stay and would be very comfortable staying at Kelley's property again.

Best place to stay in Cheektowaga w a big table for cards!

Our group consisted of adult siblings in town for a family function. Everyone liked the accommodations and the decor. I stayed alone the first night and felt safe and secure in the home and the neighborhood. Never gave it a second thought. It was very quiet and clean inside and out in the community there.The snacks, as an extra touch, was very sweet and appreciated.The location was perfect to the airport and highways.And Wegmans! Don't get me started.A great time was had by all, we can't wait to come back.Thanks, Kelley, for everything you did to make this place rock! Happy Easter y'all!!

Cute house/Great location

I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks Kelley!
