My family came to Buffalo to spend Christmas here and attend a Bills game. Plenty of space for 6, great kitchen (fully equipped) in a very nice neighborhood.

my husband and his sisters (and husband) stayed in this house when we attended a Buffalo wedding. The hotel prices in Buffalo are (strangely) expensive, so finding this place was a great! We were able to relax in the many common areas and outside deck. Nice neighborhood and close to highways. It included all the necessary amenities (even provided coffee pods!). If we were not there for the wedding we would have taken advantage of the grill. thanks again!

Graduation Trip

The home has an 80s decor feel to it and could use some updating. It was clean and neat, which is most important to me. It is in a great location, so close to everything (Restaurants, University of Buffalo, Niagra Falls, churches, etc.). The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful for a walk or run.

The location is super convenient. The house was clean and extra amenities were provided. The futons in the basement were not comfortable, but the extra bathroom in the basement was good.

Nice suburban neighborhood

A nice, quiet suburban location, which was perfect for us while visiting family and friends. The house is thoughtfully furnished. We have stayed in many VRBOs. The quality of the furnishings was among the best.

Wonderful

We had such an amazing stay. Great location to Niagara Falls and the Stadium. The extra toiletries were appreciated too. Beds were comfortable and the home easily accommodated our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent location, with all the cooking implements we needed. The house is old with quirks, which isn't a problem after you discover them.

Long Weekend Getaway/Football Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. We came for the Cardinals/Bills game and did some site seeing to Niagara Falls/Naval Museum. This home was centrally located and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. All amenities were included and even a keurig with kcups & French vanilla creamer! The check-in/check-out process was smooth and communication was great. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect location for out of town family meeting

We came in for a family function, with airport pick-ups, drop-offs, downtown trips, runs to Canada, Orchard Park, Amherst... This house was perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood just off the highway junction and easy shot to the airport. The property was as advertised, clean and well stocked. The back yard was great for kids. We thought the $3000 security deposit was a bit steep, but we eventually got that all back.

Excellent Stay!! Cozy, very nice home in a nice neighborhood!

The home was an excellent base camp for our family to explore the Falls area. The owners really did a nice job in making the place feel like a home away from home. Clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. Our family was very happy here such that I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is quiet, well kept and makes you feel like you are at home or a relatives. Highly recommended and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Well done owners!!

House in Amherst

Everything was wonderful! House was clean and had everything in it we needed! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you need! Neighborhood was quiet and very nice! Nice backyard for kids to run around!

Home away from home

Loved the space! Kitchen had everything and more. We made Easter Dinner with the kids and it felt like home. My college age kids lounged in the living room, one used the desk for work and one loved private space in the basement. We walked in the neighborhood and it was safe and beautiful. Grocery store was a quick car ride. Would definitely stay again. Perfect space. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Home For Our Annual Bills Weekend

This was the perfect place for our annual Bills weekend! The home was well stocked with everything we needed including K Cups for coffee! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again next year!
