We were there during a tornado warning. I couldn't find any instructions for safety, so, we chose to stay in the smaller bedroom until the warning ended.

Great Views and Convenient Beach Access

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our family's first time visiting the Emerald Coast of FL. My 88 year old mother wanted to see the water from the room and have easy access to the beach. This rental was a score on both of those fronts. The condo was on the 19th floor corner unit and had endless views of the Gulf and beach. It was very convenient to take the elevator down and walk out onto the beach. The location itself and PCB weren't our favorite and it felt like we had overpaid based on the condition of the building and the area in general (think Spring Break/carnival rather than laid back/ family vacation). For the price we paid, I think that better towels, some coffee pods, and more than a couple of rolls of toilet paper would have won more stars on hospitality.

I’ve been staying on the 30A coast for years and this was literally the cleanest and quietest and best unit we’ve ever stayed at. From the hosts checking in with us to the beautiful condo and the respectful and friendly staff and the lovely condo- best stay ever. I cannot wait to come back here and hopefully book with Greta’s again and bring my friends back for a girls trip and possibly my extended family for a long family weekend or maybe a tropical Christmas! Highly highly recommend! Awesome stay! Gorgeous view, so clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with easy access to the sand and water..The condo itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and very well cared for, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.One of our favorite parts was the breathtaking view of the Gulf. The sunsets each evening were truly stunning — the perfect way to end the day. Overall, this condo offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and incredible views. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great Location!

We loved the Condo and being able to enjoy the beautiful ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect - only a couple of miles from Pier Park and many eateries. Wonderful place to stay.

We had an amazing stay here! I spoke with John a few times since we love this area and was thinking of buying a property in this area. He was so gracious to give me his time, shared numbers and gave me all the advice I was looking for. John and Greta both were so kind and were able to accommodate a later checkout for us. The property and views are fantastic and above all appreciated how kind and wonderful they are. I know the next time we come we will continue book through them. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Retirement getaway

This condo and the area of location was perfect for families and "older generation". The beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean and warm, and the hot tub was nice fir the cool evenings.

Very nice condo. Great beach services. The parking spaces are way too small. They worked with me to get one that I could get my vehicle into. If you have a large vehicle make sure that you can back it in easily.

We will be back

Everything was absolutely perfect except the couches could be a little more comfortable. The beds were great and I will take that over the couch anyday. The views were incredible, especially it being a corner unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Fall break getaway

This is our second time renting a condo in Tropic Winds with Greta’s Beach Rentals and they have never disappointed. The west end of PCB is great. The elevators were quick. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fantastic. This condo has a great parking spot but don’t bring large vehicles. The parking is tight which we knew ahead of time. We parked as close to the wall as possible and still ended up with a door ding. It has nothing to do with this specific unit or with Gretas rentals but future renters should know ahead of time and be prepared.
