The Beach Bungalow

The Beach Bungalow is our 2nd unit located in a quiet, beachside complex in Satellite Beach, Florida. This area is known for its good surf and quiet beaches, safe family friendly atmosphere, and kind locals.

Rest, relaxation, and good vibes are everywhere in our newly remodeled condo. Enjoy your days on the beach using our private beach access or exploring the area. We are locals and love giving tips for dining or activities. Check out our other unit The Surf Shack!

With a mid-century modern bohemian vibe The Beach Bunglaow is located on the south side of our complex. Our complex has private beach access and it's only 35 steps from the front door of our unit to the beach! Note- our unit is not direct oceanfront but you can sometimes see the ocean from the kitchen/living area window!

You will have one designated parking space directly in front of our unit. Guest parking is first come first serve. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and an umbrella provided.

Inside you'll find a completely remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, and brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more! Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals on site!

Luxury vinyl plank throughout the condo and bright white walls with surf artwork and photos create a calming, coastal vibe.

Dining table with 4 chairs which can also double as a workspace if you are working remotely. High-speed wireless internet is available!

2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels are provided.

Living room has a sleeper sofa with all linens and pillows provided.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with luxury linens. TV's are located in living room and bedroom with cable TV available.

Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo so you can rinse off or soak after a long day at the beach. Luxury bath towels provided.

Community washer and dryer available for a fee

Our stay at the Beach Bungalow was amazing! Our host was extremely professional and wonderfully friendly. We will be booking our stay in Satellite Beach with this host on our next trip and all of our trips thru the next years.

This place is a hidden gem just steps from a beautiful beach. Very comfortable condo and friendly community of guests staying at building.

Very relaxing area. Private beach is literally steps away. Parking was right out front. Owners were quick to answer and very accommodating . We will return.

Peaceful and Calm

This was such a peaceful and calm condo to stay in. Just steps to the beach everyday and wonderful food and ice cream just a short walk across the street. The hosts were kind and prompt with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Cute little condo, I found couch & bed uncomfortable. Bamboo shades on front window are broken. The host was very nice and easy to contact. Chairs & rockers line ocean side patio and beach entrance is only a few steps away. The sound of the waves and sea breeze make this place very peaceful, relaxing and laid back.

Perfect stay

Could not ask for more. Kelli had all the little touches, even put a small xmas tree, grocery store practically across the street and ate at Longdoggers a few times, our favorite. Just steps to the beach. Will be back, highly recommend.

Bungalow on the Beach

A very nice place to stay. We were in town for some personal business and a short escape from the mid west winter. The accommodations were clean and the beach was maybe a 2 minute walk from our door (the property is on the beach). We could hear the surf (quietly) from the bungalow. The space center is a short drive up the coast and very impressive. All in all a great experience for us.

We arrived mon at 3;00. Tues great day at the beach.Wed at 8 am plumbers came as there was a leak in unit above us. We waited outside horn 1 1/2 hour. Went out for breakfast came back to pressure washing of the building and grounds. They worked all and my 8 lb Yorkie was petrified. LEFT NEXT DAY AT 10:00. I understand work has to be done; unfortunately we had 1 day at the beach.

Great Condo, Great Complex, Great Florida Area

We had a great (almost 3 week) stay at the Beach Bungalow! Kelly had soo many thoughtful extras in the condo (soaps, shampoo, lotion, bodywash, coffee, etc.) The bed was super comfy!! It was just a few steps to a great patio overlooking the beach, with plenty of chairs and tables. Kelly also has beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler ready for your beach enjoyment. Prior to our flying down for our trip, Kelly sent us a great digital guide with information on the area!!We REALLY enjoyed the condo owners/visitors – everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They were quick to provide suggestions for restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed conversations with everyone on the patio and at the beach, it felt like family. The group invited us to join them for a ‘Superbowl’ get together where everyone brought great food and desserts. This was in addition to impromptu ‘patio gatherings’ for rocket launches and the ‘super moon’ viewing. We were sad to leave and VERY sad that Kelly only had a couple of weeks open for February of 2026 – we wanted to rent an entire month!! I will be checking VRBO to see if she has a cancellation, so we can return next year!!

The Beach Bungalow

The Seamark condo is an older 2 story building. The Beach Bungalow was very clean and nice for what they have to work with. The owners provided some nice touches such as, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, creamers for coffee, beach chairs, umbrella (which we totally enjoyed). The beach is right there. We didn’t have a lot of nice days, but thoroughly enjoyed hangin’ on the beach when we could. This isn’t the Ritz, but it’s a nice place. Thank you, Kelley & Austin.

Hi! We are Austin and Kelly lifelong Floridians and locals to Satellite Beach. Kelly is a Marketing Manager and Austin is a Health and PE Teacher at a local school. We have four beautiful children and we love the beach, fishing, surfing, skiing, hiking and snowboarding. The Beach Bungalow is one of our two properties in our condo complex (ask us about booking both) and we love remodeling, designing and decorating our beach rentals. We put lots of love into creating a beautiful, well decorated, and comforable space for our guests with all of the right amenities. We can't wait to host you!
