Beautiful direct ocean front beach access condo

Enjoy the sound and view of the ocean from any rooms. Watch rocket launch from our own beach and patio. The beach front condo is located near Patrick Space Port, Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, & Space Center. The condo can accommodate maximum 4 persons with kitchen fully equipped for home cooking, fast 200 Mbs WIFI, and cable TV, refrigerator with ice maker, and granite counter-tops. Relax and enjoy the ocean while you are teleworking from our condo.
The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from every window and the sliding door and from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the covered patio. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom a bathtub and shower. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The living room has large sliding doors that opens to a generously sized patio that overlooks the beach.
The condo is right by the Pineda Causeway and south of Patrick Space Force. It is about 15 minutes away from Cocoa Beach Pier. 30 minutes away from cruise ship terminals Port Canaveral and less than 1.5 hours from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio and Orlando International Airport. There are good restaurants in walking distance and shopping from across the street.
Other things to note.
Finally we have had beach access approved by the city before Christmas 2024. The beach access is right behind the back door, - less than 100 feet from the elevators. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys for children.
This is the most economical way to stay in the ocean front place to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach with less crowded traffic and watch the space launches from anywhere.

Clean, well appointed and great location. We appreciated the addition of USB-A & USB-C charging ports in several locations.There were several good restaurants within walking distance. The beach was great just wished the weather had been warmer during our stay. We still enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds. Check in instructions were clear and easily followed. There was covered parking available but it was tight so I would suggest parking in the open lot especially in the cooler months. The host was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here. Terrible experience. Please see pics of the outdoor area. (Pool area I've visited for several years) The owner doesnt mention this in the ad, but defends the facility by saying he didnt advertise the pool in the ad, he just neglects to say its a disaster area. Go somewhere else. I left immediately the next morning. Ended up paying for 2 VRBO s that week. VRBO was also useless during dispute process. Consider other platforms.

Older building needs TLC, balcony has obstructed view of ocean, storm damage still under construction, pool not finished, shower head very low, bed on soft side. FYI laundry takes quarters, 2 wash 2 dry, designated parking spot in garage narrow. Nice location.

This is an excellent, ocean front property! We stayed here in 2024, but the direct beach access was blocked at that time, BUT now that has been restored. This condo is spacious, with an updated kitchen and a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, everything was very enjoyable. The easy access to the beach is wonderful. There was also garage parking included, which is nice to avoid parking in the Florida sun! The condo itself is actually much nicer than the overall building and grounds, which are modest, but adequate. The host is very responsive and we can highly recommend this property.

WEEK GET A WAY

We love to go and explore. We drove one day to Black Point Wildlife Refuge. It great for bird photos and you just can drive along and stop for photos. Its 25 or if you have a national parks pass you can get in with that. We also went to Helen and Allen Cruickshank Sanctuary and saw beautiful scrubjays-they will land on your head if you have peanuts. The Fat Donkey is great for ice cream. Charlie and Jakes bbq is great. The condo is very nice and relaxing and looks like construction is completed in the new lobby. A little hard understanding directions to get into the front door. But its just a key to get into the lobby door not a code. The code is for the condo door on the 2nd floor. The condo is almost across from a 7-11 store (good land mark). There's two street entrances to the condo. We also went on a dolphin tour boat in the banana river. That was o.k The beaches were nice and we traveled a little down the street to a big Satellite beach access which has a wider beach and more people. The beach was flatter and easier to walk on if you like to walk on the beach. Low tide at this condo is better to walk on the beach . Lots of shell hunting was fun too. We also saw a rocket go up one morning from Canaveral.

We’d like to start out by saying that our host, Mark, was excellent! We always got a quick response time if we had a question and even called us quickly after we ask him to call about entering the building. Thank you, Mark. This is an older building With older furniture. Overall, it was clean, but as you can see in the pictures, there were spots of uncleanliness. Hairs in the drawers, lipstick on a coffee cup, etc. The sheet would not stay on the bed. The overhead light in the bedroom would not work. This room has a wonderful view of the ocean and a nice place to sit outside the French doors. It is very well equipped! There is extra everything if you have forgotten something. The location is good because you can walk across the street to a convenience store if you need to. And there is a sidewalk on your side of the street to walk, also.

Great beachside getaway!

We flew down to attend my daughters' graduation ceremonies as they both graduated from Florida Institute of Texhnology. We wanted to be able to enjoy time on the beach when that busy with family time. This property was amazing! It satisfied everything that we needed. It was so nice to open up the window and hear the ocean waves all night long and to aee the sunrise in the am from the balcony. You're just steps away from the beach. The property is generally well stocked. Overall, an amazing experience!

Beautiful & relaxing

One day but it was perfect. Rooms are clean. Area very nice shopping & restaurants nearby. Beach towels & chair came in handy. Made coffee and sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise then walked the beach.Would not hesitate to book again.

Great location and clean. Only issue was finding key to access building. It would make sense for the the key boxes to be in order. Also parking in space 22 is very tight for a large vehicle. Otherwise, great stay

Very relaxing stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here last week and had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. The property is right on the beach, it’s peaceful, and the weather was amazing. Plus, the bedroom has a window facing the beach and you are able to hear the waves crashing at night. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

02/16-20/2025 visit

The unit was clean and tidy. It has a homey feel to it as well. it is convenient to attractions and services, restaurants, etc. There is a nice view of the ocean. Apparently due to recent storms, access to the beach was somewhat awkward but available. Beach head reclamation was in process and somewhat disturbing however this would be a temporary situation. There was no pool, it having been lost due to the storms.

Melbourne Beach

Atlantic view was beautiful. Condo was extremely clean, great size living room, so many amenities (soap, shampoo, paper towel, laundry soap, seasonings, olive oil
), plenty of chairs on the deck, lots of parking available. Suggestions- add a bath mat and reopen the beach access

Great Beachfront Condo!!!

Mark made the check in process simple. The condo was perfect with ocean front views from balcony and bedroom. Easy access to the beach made for a perfect vacation getaway for me and the wife. Will definitely make this condo a part of our vacation schedule. The condo is located in a great smalll barrier island town that was low keyed all week long. Close to good restaurants and no crowded beaches

Condo on the beach

The condo was immaculate. Very stocked kitchen. Close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again. Pictures don't do the view justice.
