One of the home's most unique features is the private mother-in-law suite, complete with its own entrance and kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and double hot plate. For anglers and boaters, you'll appreciate the private dock, dedicated boat slip, and quick access to the water. Galvez Landing Boat Ramp is located just 0.1 miles away, making launching your boat fast and convenient. There's also ample parking for boat trailers and RVs.

The garage is available for guest use, and there is plenty of parking on-site, including space for boat trailers and RVs.



Guests will also have access to the private boat slip at the dock. Please note, the boat shown in photos is not included.



The mother-in-law suite is fully accessible to guests and offers a private entrance with its own kitchenette. Access to this suite requires climbing stairs.



Entry to the home is provided via a keypad for a smooth and contactless check-in experience.
