We booked this property for 92 days. Within the first week, we began finding numerous spiders in the bedroom and hall bathroom, to the point that we stopped using that shower.Despite four exterminator visits and more than 12 traps, the problem continued. The most distressing experience was finding a spider in my bed and in my HAIR. Both my son and I experienced spider bites during our stay.There were several other problems. The property was advertised as having three floors, but the upstairs HVAC was not working despite multiple repair attempts, and the basement was extremely damp and musty. One night, we found a frog in the living room. Our dog also escaped after the gate was randomly opened. Thankfully, we found her.When we asked to leave early and receive a refund for the unused portion of our reservation, the host told us there would be no refund, citing what she described as Vrbo’s policy. We contacted Vrbo as well, but those efforts never resolved our request.With a sizable amount of money already paid, we felt financially stuck and ultimately ended up staying for 75 of the 92 days (we also booked a hotel during that period that was never reimbursed by VRBO. ) After we left, the host refunded the remaining 17 days. We received no additional refund for the many problems experienced during our stay.The house looked appealing in the listing and from the outside, but our experience was deeply upsetting. Finding a spider in my bed and hair has traumatized me.

21st Birthday Party

Our family came to spend the weekend for our daughter’s 21st birthday. It was easy to Uber the 5 miles to Broadway to visit the bars and listen to music. The house offered plenty of room for our family to hang out together and get ready to go out on the town. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun filled Nashville

The house is beautifully decorated. Great amenities tucked into quiet nice neighborhood. We found this gem and a good deal more in east Nashville. What a fun filled week!

Communication great, house has a few maintenance issues but overall very nice. The main issue was the parking situation and intrusive property line created by the neighboring house. They were also out blocking the road with multiple vehicles.

Hi Dustin - thanks for being a great guest. The only maintenance issue during your stay was a broken light bulb, which you reported and we immediately acknowledged and offered to send someone over. Our street does have street parking (in addition to our driveway), as noted in the house information - cars parked on the street by neighbors or our own guests has never been an issue. If you had communicated any concerns about cars/parking, we would've been happy to reach out to any of our neighbors, they're great! This is the first I heard about any issues other than the light bulb, please always reach out to your host if you have any questions or concerns - we're here to help!

Perfect Nashville House

I stayed with my family and it was a wonderful house! Great location, just about 10-15 min drive to downtown Nashville/Broadway. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable & charming!

Definitely recommend this property! It's a very charming house with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Alot of space, more than we expected! Great location, some bars within walking distance and downtown is a short drive or Uber ride. Rental process was a breeze and hosts were very accommodating. Again, definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Celebration

We came in to town to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and this property was perfect for our needs. It is in a great neighborhood and so close to downtown. We even enjoyed the little piano bar at the end of the street one night. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Everything was great, nice fenced in yard for the dogs and everything was clean. Quiet residential neighborhood, less than 10 minutes to five points area, if you don’t want the crowds of downtown, which is only about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangements, the loft was perfect. Smooth check in and host responded to questions within minutes. Staying here was a great choice !

Rhett House/Nashville

The house is very clean and inviting and close to all of the attractions in downtown Nashville. The owner,Alyssa, could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. She quickly responded to my questions and sent immediate help when a slight problem occurred. Highly recommend this property.
