Located just a short drive from the beach, this home offers both convenience and privacy within a quiet gated neighborhood. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the sand, then come back and cool off in one of the two nearby community pools just steps away.

***There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.

Beach gear credit included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

A copy of your driver's license is also required to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.**
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive by the rules below:
1) The Ritz Tarpon provides 3 paved parking spaces for 3 medium-sized vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of The Ritz Tarpon. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV's allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
