Our stay in Estes Park was perfect. The location of the house is great, close to town but you feel out in the country. So many positives about the house - clean, great kitchen with everything you could need for cooking, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and on the deck. You can't go wrong staying here- we loved it.

Well maintained property is an excellent location from the downtown area. Short lovely walk to town along the riverwalk or take the tram which stops just down the road from the unit. Very private and occasional animal strolls from the elk and the turkeys! Kitchen is very well equipped and nice views off the deck.

The location was a short drive to RMNP and "downtown". Estes Park. The property was very clean. The outdoor amenities looked awesome, however, we were hiking from early morning until dusk and were too tired to enjoy them. Next time!

It's a full two-floor house. 1st floor has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a couch big enough to sleep on. The 2nd floor has one bedroom, one bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room with a convertible couch. The kitchen has cookware, dishes and untensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. (But we eat out while on vacation!) There are two decks, a grill and a fire pit, but we were under a fire ban so we never tried the fire pit or grill. It has parking for three cars but they say only two cars.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! Clean & wonderful location to RMNP or to walk down town. Very close to bus route to downtown if you prefer that. We enjoyed seeing & hearing the elk right from the deck!

Great Location!

The location was very convenient and the house was as described. The trolley picks up right by the location, we used this daily during our stay! We would stay here again when visiting!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay! The property was just as it is listed- great location to town and the RMNP. We had mule deer visit us during the morning and evening hours - an added bonus.

Great place close to everything

We loved our stay. The cabin was very well equipped for cooking. Also close enough to town to walk or take the trolley which has a stop very close by. We enjoyed coffee on the deck looking at Longs peak. Great vacation. Good communication with the owner Renee.

Charming cottage close to town

Renee’s cottage is updated, warm, and cozy! The property was clean and well stocked for our stay. It’s close enough to downtown Estes Park that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. We loved our stay, and may even visit again soon!
