3-bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6, private patio with beach access.
Looking for a great family get away, this gorgeous little beach house situated in a gated community called Qualicum Landing. A luxurious 3-bedroom beach house awaits you and boasts a water view, fully equipped kitchen , out door patio with gas firepit.
You have access to the clubhouse which includes outdoor pool area including 2 hot tubs for lounging around, an exercise room and billiards table. Have fun playing tennis or pickle ball on the sports court. Seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi (June 15-Sept 15); Full access to the private beachfront to access the water for swimming and exploring . There is so much wildlife in the area to watch from the local harbor seals, bald eagles, family of deer. Enjoy use of the beach picnic area and outdoor firepit fully stocked with wood.
Situated between Parksville and Courtenay you will find all the services amenities.

Great communication from Spero the host, and a cozy, welcoming place to stay. There is an amazing view from the Beach Access area that is within the gated complex and therefore it's just a 4 min walk from the house. Also, we really enjoyed being able to have a little fire out on the patio. Thanks for a great stay!

Or stay was perfect and absolutely a joy from start to finish. Spero was an amazing host, and the property was immaculate and completely welcoming. Renting this property was the best decision, without hesitation. In a town full off overpriced, understaffed and ancient hotels Spero’s house was a no-brainer. 10/10 completely across the board!

This was a wonderful stay. The houses was very clean, well equipped, very bright and comfortable. We couldn’t reach the higher cupboards and there was no stool. We are all well over 70 so don’t stand on chairs. So we drank wine out of regular glasses, not a hardship. Hopefully we’ll be able to visit again next May. Thanks Spero.

Lovely Beach Getaway

The house was perfect for us- a couple travelling with our 19 year-old and our mother. The property was beautiful- we loved the beach access and wonderful view of the ocean. The fire pit overlooking the water was a real bonus!

We purchased this property in Feb 2020 as our family vacation getaway, now are regular visitors to the Qualicum area. We currently reside in Squamish, BC and so much enjoy our easy commute to the Island monthly.

We have close friends in the Qualicum area and have been visiting the island for a dozen years and finally just decided to have a home away from home place of our own.
A great place for the kids and ourselves to enjoy, Qualicum Landing provides us the ability to just close the door and walk away knowing everything is looked after in this well maintained complex of exquisite beach property.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our unit is special as we find the back patio is still private even with the open concept of properties, we are still fortunately have an ocean view with the benefit of being protected from the ocean breeze in the colder months and our favorite time is lighting up the covered patio firepit and sitting out enjoying the peaceful surroundings any time of year.
