If you interested in a spacious and comfortable vacation rental that's perfect for large groups? You're in luck! We're offering a combination of two adjacent condominiums, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, creating a six-bedroom, four-bathroom space that can accommodate up to sixteen people. Please note that during the week of July 4th, we can only host a maximum of 14 guests.

These beautiful and recently renovated units offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, making for an unforgettable stay. With solid surface countertops in both kitchens and bathrooms, vanities, and stainless-steel appliances, you'll feel right at home. Plus, the units are situated in the front row of the Beach Cottages, offering the closest proximity to the beach and the best views available.

The first unit is a 3BR and features a fully stocked kitchen with a stainless-steel French door refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the cookware, utensils, and glassware service for ten. There's also a high-topped kitchen table that seats four and a Hamilton Beach coffee system that includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The unit has a king-sized master suite with an ensuite master bathroom, two queen bedrooms, one of which has two queen beds, and a full hall bathroom. The living room has a 65" TV, a loveseat, and a queen pullout memory foam couch. The dining table seats six, while the bar seats four.

The second unit is also a 3 BR and features a fully stocked kitchen with a French door refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with everything you need to cook. There's a regular and a Keurig coffee machine and a full-sized washer and dryer set. The unit has another lovely king-sized master suite with an ensuite master bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. The living room has a 60" LED flat-screen TV and DVD player, a loveseat, and a queen pullout memory foam couch. The dining table seats six, while the bar seats four.

Guests can spend their days walking miles of the beach, relaxing at the pool and hot tub, or on one of the balconies. Alternatively, you can take the trolley to award-winning Clearwater Beach, visit the Clearwater Aquarium, or enjoy one of the great local seafood restaurants in the area. The area also offers wave runner, bike and boat rentals, and dolphin or dinner cruises. Guests can take the trolley south to John's Pass for more shopping, water sports, great waterfront dining, deep-sea fishing tours, and themed pirate adventures. Universal, Sea World, and Disney are approximately two hours away, while Busch Gardens is only 45 minutes away.

The units offer full up-and-down-the-beach Gulf views, newer flooring, furniture, mattresses, solid surface quartz and granite countertops, smart TVs, and bathrooms. And, we've got you covered with Spectrum Digital Cable, and free WIFI. You'll also find beach toys, towels, and chairs, along with starter supplies of soaps and paper products. Plus, the complex has four nice gas grills, a geothermal heated saltwater pool and hot tub; we have two under-building parking spaces and two in the open lot, providing a total of four parking spots for these condos.
