Beautiful, spacious property perfectly located for Universal (especially Epic Universe). It's a very easy walk to a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. We weren't here long enough to visit the pools, but they looked great. The unit was super clean, and we loved the huge bathrooms. Definitely a better value than getting 2 or 3 hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, we noticed the floors were sticky and not cleaned. Drawers had some small debris and were not wiped down. We messaged the property manager about this, but never received a response. Later we found the flusher on the master toliet was dirty and noticed the apartment was infested with tiny tiny tiny water bugs. Im a little frustrated that the property manager never responded especially since there is a large cleaning fee included with the room I would have expected better management of the property. There is mold in the master shower and in the Washer machine. As for other parts of the stay, I would say the property was very quiet. The King bed was not comfortable and felt lumpy. The double beds felt like newer more plush mattresses. The appliances all worked and the kitchen is a full kitchen with everything you will need. It is very spacious. The property amenties were nice, there was a nice playground for kids and a nice pool. The parking is also good, elevator worked properly, and trash seemed to be picked up frequently from the receptacles. Overall the stay was pleasant, but not as nice as i would have expected for the price.

We had a great time here Christmas week! The condo was fabulous and the location was perfect. The pool, hot tub, and playground were so much fun. We have a few minor suggestions that we will reach out to the host about that we think would enhance the place even more! Hope to return again soon.

The unit was very nice and updated. We had no issues accessing the community nor the unit itself. Loved the updated appliances and TVs. The water pressure was great and the water never turned cold. My only gripe was there was hair located on the bedding and towels when we arrived, the tv remote in the living room was dead so we had to use the remote from another bedroom, and there were small ants/pests in the kitchen (mostly on the countertops). However, we spoke to the host and maintenance came out to correct the last 2 issues by inserting new batteries into the remote and spraying bug spray in the kitchen.

We had a great time and the place was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and big. Beds are comfy but a bit soft. Location was perfect for Disney and Universal. Pools were really nice and not too busy. Only suggestion would be to have a few basic spices and olive oil maybe. I would suggest to bring garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs with you instead of buying it down there and having to leave it.

Loved it!

Accommodations were great! Enough space for us. Only suggestion I would have is to have some mixing bowls and a bowl for fruit. Also, white bedding is always preferred. I suggest replacing the black blanket/quilt. Thank you!

The property is very nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked. The rooms are big. We had a great time. There were 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Would defiantly book again.

VERY NICE

My family of four stayed for one week. Everything was great!!! The condo was immaculate. The location was great. The condo is a few minute walk to grocery store, an awesome breakfast/lunch diner, coffee shop, liquor store, and gift shop. Very close to Universal. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever with our condo. We could walk to new pool and bar in two-minutes. It was quiet and we slept well. The pool bar drinks are expensive (two drinks were 39) so we only had one drink at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place with an amazing location

The place is great, having two full bathrooms and three rooms, it was more than enough for a group of 7 adults. The best point was the location, being relatively close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and 7 minutes drive to the new Universal park. The supermarket at a walking distance is another great thing should you need anything. I would definitely recommend.
