Newly Renovated Direct Gulf Front Condo on IRB!

Welcome to our Condo On The Rocks!

This newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom corner unit has its own balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and is quietly located at Pelican's Cove Condo with just 25 units in an elevator serviced building. The condo has all the amenities of home while just steps away from the onsite pool and beautiful beaches.

The condo has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach and the sand dunes from both the balcony and living room. You can walk for miles on the beautiful white sandy beaches and enjoy the sound of the waves. Beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, fishing equipment, umbrella are all provided for your beach vacation. You can also enjoy the outdoor gas grill (shared with complex) in the yard to grill your fresh catch or some burgers!

The bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bunkbeds, 55" Smart TV, and walk in closet. The living room is equipped with a 60" Smart TV. The bathroom has a bathtub and there is a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and all linens (including beach towels) are provided. There is upgraded Wi-Fi internet access and cable TV (both in the living room and in the bedroom) are included. There is one designated under building covered parking spot for the unit and additional guest parking spots are available for use.


Everything you might need is close by within a short walking or driving distance (or Trolley!). Our favorite restaurants include Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, Jake’s Cantina, and the Kooky Coconut (ice cream) which are all within walking distance from the condo. For a nicer dining experience the Salt Rock Grill is a short car/trolley ride away!

For those looking for a little more adventure, IRB has tons to offer including the Splash Harbor Waterpark (0.3miles away), boating, deep water fishing, sailing, and golf. John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk with shopping, fishing, dining is also nearby. The Clearwater Aquarium is 8 miles away. Also, be sure to check out downtown St. Petersburg and the new $93 million Pier! Rentals are also readily available on IRB for pretty much anything: golf cart, bicycles, kayaks, scooters, segways, strollers, surf boards, etc.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. This condo has a great location close to several restaurants. Very convenient being on the first floor. The beach and water were gorgeous. We will definitely return!

Winter get away

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very comfortable with the necessary items to begin our stay such as paper towels, soap,etc. I was happy to have a washer and dryer in the condo. it was nice to have beach towels to use. The condo is in a very convenient location with the choice of many excellent restaurants. I will definitely be back.

Two week get a away

Wonderful setting, view was amazing condo was beautiful with all you could want. Tiffany the property manager was always helpful and quick to reply. Condo was nicely stocked with the necessities and nicely furnished. I personally would have preferred a king bed because that is what we are use to but everything was comfortable and clean. Condo was very quiet for seniors and you could walk to many restaurants. The sunsets were amazing snd I would rent again!

Lots of Extras

The condo was excellent! Right on beautiful IRB with lots of beach equipment provided. The owner was very responsive and made check in a breeze. The condo was clean with many toiletry items and easentials provided, unlike other condos. My only complaint is there’s no recliner in the living room, and the bed was a little soft for my liking. Other than that it was an amazing vacation!

Great condo, great location and great service!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and were happy with this condo. We have stayed in several condos along the beach ranging from Indian Rocks down to Johns Pass over the last 14 years. A majority of the time the condos do not match the pictures that are posted online and can be very disappointing. This condo was a fantastic location, very clean and had everything that we needed. It was nice to have some additional spices in the cabinets and other misc. kitchen items that were not stripped away by housekeepers in-between visitors. We definitely plan to book again. We did have a minor issue when we arrived with not being able to open the patio door as it seemed to be stuck, however we texted the contact person and they responded immediately and my husband was able to fix with no other issues.

Wonderful vacation

Such a great complex, very enjoyable surroundings. Perfect view, cant say enough nice things about the rental. Looking forward to renting again next year..Tiffany was wonderful to work with an very helpful.
