Con do was nice but furniture was a little outdated and worn. Coffee table had been broken and was glued back together. Was afraid it would get broken again. Shower door in the large bathroom had mold all along the bottom of the door. Vertical curtains were broke in a few places. Upon departing you are required to sweep the floor, and wash the towels. The condo didn't show much decorations. However the condo was equipped with just about anything you needed.

Thank you for your reservation and enjoying being directly on the Gulf of America. The pictures are accurate as to the decor verses your comment. We do not have clutter and breakable items in our condo. You can come in and make it your own verses living in around someone's personal items. Our unit is scheduled for its after summer painting and upgrades that will attend to issues identified. Our cleaning team performs an amazing cleaning routing that maintains our high ratings every week. The cleaning assistance is totally voluntary as many vacationers bring in a lot of sand and wet beach towels (provided) take extremely long dry cycles. Most vacationers are accommodating since this is not just a hotel room but a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with large living areas directly on the Gulf. Thank you again for your reservation and hope you enjoy your future stays.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. It is obvious that there have been some recent renovations around the building. The beachfront location can't be beat. Just a few steps away from beautiful sand and gorgeous sunsets. The condo deck was freshly painted, new pool loungers and chairs were appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the counters in the kitchen looked new. The availability of 2 types of coffee makers and a blender were helpful during our stay. I would like to address a few items for you to consider. A recent review mentioned the lack of teaspoons. Even with only 4 of us visiting, if we wanted coffee/tea in the morning and cereal we had to wash spoons. More would have been helpful. The manual can opener is rusted and difficult to use as a result. While the water dispenser on the refrigerator worked well, the ice maker made all the right sounds but didn't drop any ice. With it zip tied shut, we couldn't check to see if the ice had frozen together. We did notify you toward the end of our visit. The shower has a strong shower spray and plenty of hot water for 4 adults to shower one after the other. You might address the wiring of the dining room light, it flickers almost like a strobe light and is very distracting. The metal louvered doors in the bedrooms were difficult to maneuver, falling off the tracks and the tracks on the floor are rusted. We did appreciate the use of beach chairs and beach towels. Thanks again for allowing us to stay

Thank you for your review as we follow-up and correct valid comments. I hope you had time to enjoy being directly on the beaches of the Gulf of America instead of looking for issues in my beach front condo. A clarification of texting the VRBO spoofed phone numbers (hidden), is why owners/managers will not receive your texts. I definitely prefer you to communicate directly to me via the Vrbo portal or call me directly anytime during your vacation, so I can take immediate corrective actions. Waiting to read them on the Vrbo reviews after you departed is poor vacationer policy. I have assessed your comments for future vacationer's enjoyment, so thank you for that information. The condo is in an absolutely perfect location. The kitchen is well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The sofa and loveseat are a bit dated. This may seem silly but we really appreciated the instructions for the televisions. A lot of rentals have multiple remotes and no clue how they work. Looking forward to another vacation here.

The host is always a phone call away! The weather was NOT great but as this is the second time we stayed there we were well aware of all the places to go. The restaurants are terrific, with Salt Rock Grill and Guppies being our favorites! Although too windy to sit on the beach, the pool was blocked from the wind and was very comfortable. We will go back!!!!

We came for the oceanfront balcony which did not disappoint!!!! Spent all our time down on the beach or on that balcony!!!! Except when we were visiting the great nearby restaurants..Haha

What a great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Samuel’s beautiful condo. This was our third or fourth stay. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for our family. We highly recommend.

Excellent Location!

This was our 5th vacation to the Indian Rocks Beach area, and this condo was by far the best location. Right on the beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
