Ce grand condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain Fifty Gulfside a été entièrement vidé et reconstruit sur les rives de la plage d'Indian Rocks. Descendez de votre terrasse et sautez directement dans la piscine chauffée ou faites 10 pas de plus et promenez-vous sur les kilomètres de plage blanche. Pas de soucis avec des ascenseurs ou des escaliers. Parfait pour les personnes âgées. Joliment décoré avec un décor de Floride et toutes les commodités. Grands restaurants situés à une courte distance de marche. Épiceries à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. À seulement 90 min de Disney. Bienvenue au paradis!

Beautiful property

My boyfriend and I loved this beautiful condo right on the beach! Felt like you were right on the ocean and just steps to the beach and pool! Loved the convenience of the first floor access and taking our gear out to the beach! Property was very clean. Will definitely stay again. Family friendly.

We loved it there. Couldn’t have been an easier stay….the pool 2 steps from patio….the beach is 20 steps. It was fantastic. The only thing I would mention is new mattresses would be great but regardless I would stay there again.

Very Nice!

Exactly like the pictures show! Very clean, nice pool, and steps to the beach. Walking distance to Crabby Bill’s and JD’s. There was some construction going on though, sometimes noisy because of that. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sliding doors / beds

The sliding doors didn’t lock and there were wooden mop handles in each side. The beds we not comfortable at all. Everything else was great!

Hi Beth. I'm sorry you had an issue with the slider. We have 24/7 maintenance staff as well as a 9-5 on-site property management office. They are normally very prompt with all deficiencies in the condos. Did you report the slider to the office? We apologize and your issue of the sliders have been reported for followup and resolution. Great location.

Our condo faced the pool area so of course it was not quiet which we thought would be the case. Everything was as expected., would book again but a different unit. Beach so close.

Stay at waterfront place

Place is beautiful. Nice if you with kid so she /he can jump strait in the pool from patio. If you couple with out kids it’s not good for you because kids screen all day from the pool and you can not open patio door. Bedroom with out window but if you like dark it’s ok for you. Nicky remodeled place.

Wonderful trip

Our stay in Indian Rocks was amazing. The condo is well suited for a relaxing vacation. Easy access to the pool and beach and everything you need to kick back and enjoy! On site managers and owner always available to answer questions if necessary. I look forward to returning next year.

Super relaxation

We really enjoyed the relaxing time walking the beach, hanging out on the patio and in the pool, looking for shells. The only draw back was we should have booked a room not so close to the pool.

This property is exactly what we needed. It’s close to the pool and ocean. Local shops and restaurants are less than a half mile. It was clean and comfortable.

Escape from Routine

Booking, check in and check out were easy and seamless at this property. My wife and I always look for a relaxing escape from our working careers. This property is well appointed and comfortable as a home away. Patio off the pool and easy access to the beach were perfect for downtime. Close to dining and attractions though you did not feel like you are in the middle of a large resort crowd. I thank the owner and staff for a perfect get away. This is now on our list to return to. Highly Recommended.

The property was good. If we come to this area again we would book a unit not right outside the pool, however, even the pool activity did not take away from that view and access to the beach. This unit would be excellent for the party type as right outside the pool. The Tampa area in general is a popular area and traffic is heavy at times but because it is beautiful. We would visit the area again in an off season. Loved Guppys and the seafood chowder at Caddys in Treasure Island was really good.

Perfect beach get away

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect because it was close to everything. Being near the pool there is a lot of noise from kids playing. I did not mind the noise and commotion but if you are looking for a quiet room you may want to take this into consideration. I loved staying here and am already planning on visiting again soon!

Our first condo experience has set the bar very high for future stays. From first request to check out, every step efficient and friendly. Clean and well supplied residence and great neighbors. Winter get away

We enjoyed our stay at 50 Gulfside. Right on the beach, and we had our own parking place. Friendly people. Enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone.

I have been coming here since I was a child and when the opportunity became available to purchse a ground floor beachfront condo I immediately purchased and began extensive renovations to make it a beachy updated condo,

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This unit is unique because it is literally like a little beach house. Situated on the ground floor right in front of the pool and 20 steps to the beach. This unit is perfect for elderly who prefer not to climb stairs or take elevators.
