Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open-plan living space and take in the peaceful surroundings from the cute front porch! This new construction home has it all! Location is super close to 7th ave where Ybor City comes alive at night! You'll be close enough to all the action and a base camp for adventure!

This is not suburbia! Please know this is an urban multi cultural area! It is rich with people of all cultures & races & is. quickly gentrifying with many new builds!

Ybor City is an urban culturally rich neighborhood. If you are uncomfortable with seeing people of races different than yourself this is NOT the place for you. The area is full of culture and diversity. Please read up on Ybor City if you are not familiar before booking.

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely amazing everything was just like the pictures and it made my mom happy through her graduation time. I would most definitely recommend this home and I would stay again

Beautiful home

Everything was clean. The home was beautiful. Lots of complimentary items. It was very welcoming. The home seems out of place for the neighborhood but I would definitely stay again!

Birthday Weekend

We stayed for a 3-day birthday weekend and had a great time. While, as prior guests stated, the neighborhood is “up and coming”, everything was great. Nice place for a getaway!

Great Spot Close to Ybor

Everything went great for our stay. The home was clean and the host was very easy to reach. Great choice if you're looking to explore the Ybor area and a nice central location to most everything else. None of our Uber rides were more than 15 minutes.

Amazing gem in the heart of Ybor City!

What a fantastic find this home was! A few friends and I came to town for a Buccs game and wanted to be in a fun area with great restaurants and culture. This home was perfect and right near the festive vibe of Ybor City. The house itself was beautiful - very clean, perfect amount of space so we could all spread out, and had everything we needed. The owner and property manager were super responsive and communicated very well, and helped us out when we couldn’t find the iron. 🙂 We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Tampa! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
