Bright, freshly refreshed 4-bedroom home with a private fenced backyard, full kitchen, and a quiet, central location 20 minutes from the airport and 14 from downtown Tampa.

Every stay starts truly clean: hotel-style triple-sheeted beds and a home sanitized top to bottom. It's what guests mention most.

Overall, it was a clean and lovely stay. We visited Tampa with friends and were satisfied with the house itself. It looked just like the photos, renovated, modern, and well-equipped. We also noticed thoughtful touches for kids. The house was not far from downtown, and there was a nice bakery nearby. The surrounding area felt a bit different than we expected, but the home itself was very comfortable.

This was our second stay visiting family over a long weekend. We made breakfast each morning and had all we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to 301. The backyard is pleasant and there are things for kids to play with. Highly recommended. Owner checks to make sure we have what we need.

We had a lovely stay, and Silvia was an outstanding and helpful host. The place was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The large backyard is a definite highlight, and we made good use of the fire pit. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we enjoyed being relatively close to Tampa's downtown and attractions like Busch Gardens, but also not too far from Clearwater and St. Pete. Would be very pleased to stay here again if we return to the area.

Great home with plenty of room and amenities. Kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and nice private back yard. A comment regarding wheelchair accessibility - there is one step into the home, a small step down to the master bedroom, a small step up to the master bathroom, and the doorway to the second bathroom is too narrow for a wheelchair. It was difficult, but manageable with help, for my husband who uses a wheelchair.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The host went out of her way to get us a proper crib as our child is too big for a pac n play. She also allowed us to extend a few days at the 11th hour.It is exactly as advertised and will our regular spot for this annual trip to Florida.Thank you and well done!

This property is less than ten minutes from Tampa Sportsplex and is perfectly geared to families. The back yard is a little oasis that keeps the kids entertained. Everything you’ll need is there!

Had a good stay. The home was quaint and nicely decorated and it contained almost everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the listing accurately reflected what would be provided. Great Family Home

This was a great family home and very well equipped to keep children busy. The location of the house is in an older neighborhood, the drive to downtown is about 15-20 minutes away which is manageable. The host was responsive and the check in process was smooth. We loved the backyard.
