Conveniently located and newly renovated. Little tight for 5 golfers, but ideal for 4 or families. A dishwasher would be helpful. Host was very responsive, thank you

Great home with plenty of room and amenities. Kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and nice private back yard. A comment regarding wheelchair accessibility - there is one step into the home, a small step down to the master bedroom, a small step up to the master bathroom, and the doorway to the second bathroom is too narrow for a wheelchair. It was difficult, but manageable with help, for my husband who uses a wheelchair.

We had a lovely stay, and Silvia was an outstanding and helpful host. The place was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The large backyard is a definite highlight, and we made good use of the fire pit. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we enjoyed being relatively close to Tampa's downtown and attractions like Busch Gardens, but also not too far from Clearwater and St. Pete. Would be very pleased to stay here again if we return to the area.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The host went out of her way to get us a proper crib as our child is too big for a pac n play. She also allowed us to extend a few days at the 11th hour.It is exactly as advertised and will our regular spot for this annual trip to Florida.Thank you and well done!

Overall, the stay was good. The grass at the home was very high, which made me cautious. I spoke with the homeowner, who said she would get it cut next week. That made me feel much better knowing it would not be taken care of during my entire stay. The chain to the fan in the master bedroom was not there, so when the light went out, so did the fan, causing the master bedroom to be stuffy at night. Other than those two things, the stay was very nice.

Had a good stay. The home was quaint and nicely decorated and it contained almost everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the listing accurately reflected what would be provided. A fun extra was the board games as well as the spices in the kitchen. Silvia was super helpful whenever we had questions!

Family trip to Tampa

Clean property with easy check in and out process. Enjoyed the sitting area outside. The location was ok...conveniently located near many eating and shopping options. Older area with some homes looking a little questionable. Overall good stay.

Great Family Home

This was a great family home and very well equipped to keep children busy. The location of the house is in an older neighborhood, the drive to downtown is about 15-20 minutes away which is manageable. The host was responsive and the check in process was smooth. We loved the backyard.

Sports trip

This property is less than ten minutes from Tampa Sportsplex and is perfectly geared to families. The back yard is a little oasis that keeps the kids entertained. Everything you’ll need is there!

Visiting family

This house was less than 5 minutes from our son’s apartment which made visiting very easy. We ate breakfast from Ricopans 3 times while we were there. Day trips to northern and southern beaches were easy My parents joined visiting for a few days and this was their first time at a vrbo. They were very impressed. The house was immaculate and well-stocked. The owner checked in to see how our stay was going. Plenty of room for at least 6. The neighborhood was very quiet We enjoyed sitting outside various times of the day.

A Great Place to Stay!

This was a wonderful place to call ‘home’ for a couple of weeks. The host was wonderfu; she replied promptly to any questions we had. The house was very clean, with a nice sized kitchen, living room with large tv, laundry, and four nice bedrooms. The master suite had a bathroom off of it, and the three other rooms shared a centrally located bathroom. It was beautiful weather, and the backyard setup was such a bonus—fenced in privacy with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast out in the fresh morning air.The chair on the front porch was nice to sit outside and read as well. The driveway area was well-lit, which made it was to locate. Definitely recommend!!

A Short Stay

The home is a diamond in the rough. The interior was nicely updated and all stores and restaurants were within a short distance of the home. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The property is beautiful and communication with the host was stellar. We left early because of the hurricane but it was easy to clean up and endure all was good before we left. If I had just one recommendation it would be to get new mattresses as the beds are pretty uncomfortable, not terribly so but they could use an upgrade. Otherwise, no complaints from us. It was easy in and easy out! Will look to stay again :-)

Tampa stay

This was a great experience for our first vacation without our children. We loved every minute of being here. Property manager was super responsive, the place is well kept and it made this trip extremely comforting. I would recommend to anyone 10/10.

Overdue Vacation

To keep it short. All of our needs were met with this property. The host was great at communicating which is really important. We felt like we were at home here and when we do take another trip back to Tampa this will be where we book.

Wonderful Getaway

This beautiful home was exactly as advertised. Very well kept, clean, all the amenities. LOVED the firepit! Contacted Sylvia a couple of times and she answered right away. Very helpful. Was the perfect getaway for a very relaxing vacation. Would definitely go back!
