Incredibly well maintained, a ton of amenities, and killer views from the room. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes and this set the bar higher than ever before. Would absolutely rent again and recommend to anybody.

Excellent property! It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Cleanliness was an A. Kudos to the hosts for creating a space that feels like a luxurious home away from home. I loved your fluffy white towels & bathrobes. Both beds were top notch and so were the leather couches in the living room…very comfortable! The kitchen and coffee bar were so well stocked…so many extras that I don’t expect to find at a vacation home. Last but not least, the outdoor space was so relaxing with a fantastic view and comfortable outdoor furniture with cushions. Reading out there was a delight. Thank you to the hosts for your effort & care in putting together a wonderful space for us to enjoy. You truly have thought of everything. I wish we could have stayed longer to use the barbecue and play more games….hmmm maybe a repeat visit is in order next year!

A GAZILLION STARS for these unmatched hosts of VRBO-land!! I'm a retired career aviator and educator. You can bet your bottom dollar that I know the significance of the term "ATTENTION to DETAIL" ! THESE hosts need to be hired and paid well to give MANDATORY host lessons! THEY ARE ALL THAT AND A GAZILLION BAGS OF CHIPS!! I do not use the word perfect lightly like the new generations do. In fact, I usually abhor current use of the word but this time, these hosts are as near-perfect as you will EVER find. EVER. I submit these comments with the deepest gratitude and memories to last a lifetime. I have been truly blessed and hope to be back again someday. Amen.

2 years ago we stayed at this property. Ryan has kept it updated and clean. It looked like everything was brand new even though it was 2 years ago that we initially stayed. Here. Our visit this week was phenomenal. I can't imagine any extra thing he could have done. He fully stocked the kitchen and bathroom with whatever you might need. Ryan also is so attentive. He is checking in to make sure there's nothing else you may want. I would give him 10 stars if they had it.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Ryan

Image de profil de l’hôte
We have lived in Colorado for 21 years. We moved from the greater Denver area to Castle Rock to be slightly more remote, have incredible views, and have a walk out basement that has allowed us to share our beautiful location with visitors for the last 5 years. Even being more remote, we found it's a faster drive into downtown Denver than our last home that is fewer miles to downtown. We love lounging on the deck, seeing the various animal visitors and beautiful sunsets. We get up into the mountains to camp, hike, and ski whenever possible.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are uniquely located between Denver and Colorado Springs, giving great access to all the sporting events, shows, and shops of the bigger cities, but having a quieter, more scenic place to relax and unwind.

Our basement apartment doesn't feel like you're in the basement. It is on the same level as the back yard. The open living room and work desk areas have full sized windows, and the kitchen area door is mostly glass, all looking out to the patio, the yard, grassy fields, mountains and sunsets. High ceilings also give a comfortable spacious feel in these areas.

The bedrooms have egress windows and don't have any views, but they can either let in lots of light or can be blocked out with the thick light blocking curtains. Only the smaller queen bedroom has a lower ceiling.
