This 5 bedroom house is furnished with restoration hardware furniture ready for your family. Sink into the cloud sofa after a long day at the beach.

Each bedroom has their own private bathroom.

Kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, all major appliances.

For the coffee lovers- we have both Cuisnart coffee maker (for those large pots) and Keurig machine (bring your pods). A kettle is also available for the tea drinkers.

We would consider small pets (and non shedding). Please enquirer before booking. There will be additional fees added.

Paradise is waiting with walking distance to fish restaurant and boat rentals.

Please note this is a quiet island with Neighborhood watch. It is available for people who want to relax and enjoy the beach. There are no parties or events to be hosted on the property. Maximum number of 8 people are allowed at the house. No parties, NO weddings, no large get together etc. we have to respect the Neighbours.

Please note there are Surveillance devices on the property for security purposes only.
There are two cameras:
1. Front one is Located on top of the garage pointing at the driveway.
2. Back devices are located at the back of the property pointing to the beach.
The devices are linked to the house alarms in case of fire or storms. We live on the Gulf of Mexico and prone to storms and inclement weather. We want to make sure we deal with weather issues immediately ( bringing down the storm shutters, putting away furniture etc).

Pool heating is extra $50/day. Will be waived for longer stays.

The beach on Casey key is private. The beach comes and goes. It takes one storm to bring in sand or take it away. Depending on the time (and condition of the beachYou can walk for miles collecting sea shells and you may score a shark tooth here and there. It is a magnificent island- a secret to many. You have picked the right place to relax. Please note they are building a house next door.

The house is in Florida, there will be insects, occasional snakes, turtles etc. we get the house serviced and they spray constantly, but please keep in mind we do not have control of critters when the doors are open etc.

Also Florida is notorious for inclement weather, one minute it is beautiful and then next there is rain or thundershowers. We do not control any of that including power outage. We will try to make your stay amazing!
