We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our family of five. The keyless entry and easy check-in process made everything so convenient. The natural sunlight made the unit feel bright and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Long weekend at Mrytle

The place is comfortable and adorable ! Love the beach feel! We loved drinking our coffee in the morning on the porch overlooking the ocean! We walked to dinner and entertainment! Can’t wait to go back!

Great condo

We have stayed in about 20 different condos at Tilghman and this is one of the best by far. It is clean and the beds are comfortable, two things that we have found to be problematic with other units. It was well equipped for cooking meals which is another problem we have had with other units. The owner did an incredible job of making the reservation process, check in and check out seamless.

Fantastic Vacation Spot in North Myrtle

This was our 3rd year renting from Stephen and we had a wonderful week. We can't say enough good things about the accommodations. A well-stocked kitchen with all of the amenities we needed away from home. Restaurants, grocery stores, and activities to do are only a few minutes away. We had a few questions for Stephen during our stay, and he always does an amazing job getting back to us and communicating well. Already looking forward to next year.

A lovely oasis!

Beach view, close up, is spectacular. You can watch both sunrise and sunset glorious colors from either of the two balconies. Well detailed, comfortable, clean, and comfortable. Three couples, a family with a couple of kids - can easily sleep six in beds. Would easily recommend to others -and would stay again! Also very swift and easy communication with owner!

Great place, just a few things

First of all
let me say this, Stephen was amazing to work with! He was understanding of my family’s situation and very helpful throughout the whole thing! Location is great! Easy beach access and pool access! The only issues we had were, in my opinion, out of the owner’s control. I feel that the individuals or company that clean the unit for the owner have slacked a bit. We did have some dirty dishes, floors that needed swept, and other tidiness that we had to do, but again, I think this was not on the owner but those hired to clean the unit. Second, we did have some issues with the dryer in the unit and the kitchen light but he was very helpful and communicated with me very well! Over all
I would stay here again.

Highly recommend!

This property is located in a nice area with lots of things to do within walking distance. The condo was very nice and clean. Any questions I had, the owner responded right away. Very family friendly beach front condo community. Check in and check out was very easy, no waiting to unload/load the vehicle and wait for the elevator. Pool area was clean and the attendants were very polite. I will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect!

The condo is in a great location and very close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The view from the condo is spectacular and the beach is right out the door. The condo provided all essentials and the host was very quick to respond when I couldn’t figure out the door lock. I definitely recommend this property!

Great location with a beautiful view

This was our second time staying in Stephen's condo and we will continue to stay here every year. The condo is always clean, all the amenities are provided, and the beach is only steps away. All the mattresses are very comfortable too. We're within walking distance to restaurants with live bands, stores, and much more. Stephen is a fantastic host who is always prompt at returning messages and very easy to work with.

Great Location!

We stayed in this unit for family vacation, August 2022 and very much enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful. Easy to walk to stores restaurants, and family fun. Parking was a non-issue and the beach access was great. This unit is older, but well maintained. We didn't mind it at all. The pool was very clean, the team at the resort was up bright and early each morning to vacuum the pool so it was ready to go. I loved that this unit was right on the beach and provided two balconies for amazing views. The beach at this area of N. Myrtle was also not super crowded which was great. We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was fully equipped with everything that was needed, even a crock pot which we used and loved. The washer and dryer were clean and worked well and we loved the small vestibule area just outside of the front door, as it was easy to store our beach cart and sandy chairs each day. We would stay again!

He recently purchased the ocean front unit # 307 at Tilghman Beach and Racquet because of it's great amenities; including, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, pool decks, hot tubs, natural areas, grilling and a wide open beach. It's proximity to Main Street in N Myrtle Beach was also a factor to be close to ocean front restaurants, family entertainment and nightlife.
